Abstract

UA : Розглянуто теоретичні та методичні основи управління інноваційного розвитку металургійного підприємства. Встановлено, що відновлення виробничого апарату здійснюється в цілому за рахунок реконструкції, що поєднується з модернізацією. Проведено аналіз фінансово-економічного стану підприємства, виконана оцінка рівня інноваційного впровадження підприємства. Запропоновано заходи по удосконаленню управління інноваційною діяльністю підприємства

EN : The theoretical and methodological bases of management of innovative development of metallurgical enterprise are considered. It is established that the reconstruction of the production apparatus is carried out as a whole due to the reconstruction, which is combined with the modernization. The analysis of the financial and economic state of the enterprise was carried out, the level of innovative introduction of the enterprise was evaluated. Measures to improve the management of innovative activity of the enterprise are proposed
