UA : В кваліфікаційній роботі розглянуто теоретико-методологічні засади формування механізмів пошуку і відбору персоналу на підприємстві в умовах конкуренції. Розглянуто особливості формування механізмів пошуку і відбору персоналу ТОВ «ПРИЗ-ТУР» в умовах конкуренції. Певна увага приділяється виявленню перспектив і недоліків механізмів пошуку і відбору персоналу на підприємстві в умовах конкуренції.

EN : The qualification work deals with theoretical and methodological principles of formation of mechanisms of search and selection of personnel at the enterprise in the conditions of competition. The peculiarities of formation of mechanisms of search and selection of personnel of PRIZ-TUR in the conditions of competition are considered. Particular attention is paid to identifying the prospects and shortcomings of mechanisms for finding and selecting personnel in the enterprise in a competitive environment.
