Управління розвитком фінансового потенціалу ПрАТ «Пологiвський ОЕЗ» в умовах ринкової економіки

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота викладена на 130 сторінках друкованого тексту, містить 25 таблиць, 14 рисунків, 6 додатків, Перелік посилань включає 71 джерело, з них 7 іноземною мовою. Об’єктом дослідження є управління розвитком фінансового потенціалу ПрАТ «Пологiвський ОЕЗ» в умовах ринкової економіки. Метою кваліфікаційної роботи є обґрунтування теоретичних положень та розробка практичних рекомендацій щодо підвищення управління розвитком фінансового потенціалу ПрАТ «Пологiвський ОЕЗ» в умовах ринкової економіки. Завдання: 1) визначити види та структурні компоненти фінансового потенціалу підприємства, а також методи оцінки рівня розвитку; 2) проаналізувати виробничо-господарську діяльність та економічні показники підприємства ПрАТ «Пологiвський ОЕЗ»; 3) на основі методів оцінки визначити рівень розвитку фінансового потенціалу; 4) сформувати шляхи покращення управління розвитком фінансового потенціалу ПрАТ «Пологiвський ОЕЗ». Методи досліджень: логічного узагальнення, кількісний та якісний аналізи, дедуктивний, фінансово-економічного та статистичного аналізу, порівняння, зведення. Одержані результати та їх новизна: вперше: використано концептуальну дескриптивну модель таксономічного аналізу оцінки рівня розвитку фінансового потенціалу ПрАТ «Пологiвський ОЕЗ» в умовах ринкової економіки; набули подальшого розвитку: система та механізм управління фінансовим потенціалом підприємства; визначено вплив факторів на розвиток фінансового потенціалу. Практичне значення мають запропоновані рекомендації щодо покрашення управління розвитком фінансового потенціалу ПрАТ «Пологiвський ОЕЗ» в умовах ринкової економіки.

EN : The work is presented on 130 pages of printed text, contains 25 tables, 14 figures, 6 annex. The list of refernces includes71 sources, 7 of them in foreign languages. The object of the study is the management of financial potential development of PJSC «Pology ОEР» in the conditions of market economy. The purpose of the qualification work is to substantiation of theoretical provisions and development of practical recommendations for improving the management of the financial potential of PJSC «Pology ОEР» in the conditions of market economy. Objectives: 1) determine the types and structural components of the financial potential of the enterprise, as well as methods of assessing the level of development; 2) to analyze the production and economic activity and economic indicators of the enterprise of PJSC «Pology ОEР»; 3) to determine the level of development of financial potential on the basis of valuation methods; 4) to form ways to improve the management of the financial potential of PJSC «Pology ОEР». Research methods: logical generalization, quantitative and qualitative analyzes, deductive, financial-economic and statistical analysis, comparison, summary. The obtained results and their novelty: for the first time: the conceptual descriptive model of taxonomic analysis of estimation of the level of development of financial potential of PJSC «Pology ОEР» in the conditions of market economy was used; acquired further development: the system and mechanism for managing the financial potential of the enterprise; influence of factors on development of financial potential is determined. Thus, the paper considers theoretical and methodological approaches to the definition of the term «financial potential», evaluates the development of financial capacity of the enterprise, proposes ways to improve the efficiency of managing financial potential. In the qualification work, all the scientific results of the study were obtained by the author personally. In this paper presents the author's approach to the management of the development of the financial potential of the enterprise. The recommendations on improving the management of the financial potential of PJSC «Pology ОEР» in a market economy are of practical importance.
