Ефективність управління позиковим капіталом ПрАТ «Електрометалургійний завод «Дніпроспецсталь»

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота викладена на 114 сторінках друкованого тексту, містить 26 таблиць, 10 рисунків, 6 додатків. Перелік посилань включає 81 джерело, з них 5 іноземною мовою. Об’єктом дослідження є процес організації системи управління позиковим капіталом підприємства ПрАТ «Електрометалургійний завод «Дніпроспецсталь». Метою кваліфікаційної роботи магістра є розвиток теоретико-методичних і організаційних положень та розробка практичних рекомендацій щодо удосконалення процесу управління позиковим капіталом підприємства ПрАТ «Електрометалургійний завод «Дніпроспецсталь» з метою підвищення його ефективності. Завдання: 1) визначити сутність та значення позикового капіталу підприємства; 2) провести аналіз економічних показників діяльності підприємства; 3) здійснити оцінку показників ефективності використання позикового капіталу підприємства; 4) розробити заходи щодо оптимізації структури капіталу та підвищення ефективності його управління. Методи досліджень: діалектичний, логічний, дедуктивний, системний, комплексний та структурно-функціональний підхід, кількісний аналіз, аналітичний. Одержані результати та їх новизна: 1) розроблено рекомендації щодо оптимізації кредитної політики підприємства; 2) оптимізації структури капіталу з використанням механізму фінансового левериджу; 3) оптимізації структури капіталу підприємства за критеріями мінімізації його вартості та рівня фінансових ризиків. Практичне значення мають запропоновані рекомендації щодо підвищення ефективності управління позиковим капіталом ПрАТ «Електрометалургійний завод «Дніпроспецсталь».

EN : The work is presented on 114 pages of printed text, contains 26 tables, 10 figures, 6annex. The list of refernces includes sources, 5 of them in foreign languages. The object of study is the the process of organizing the system of debt management of the enterprise РJSC « Electrometallurgical Plant» Dnіprospetsstal». The purpose of the qualification work is the development of theoretical, methodological and organizational provisions and development of practical recommendations for improving the process of loan capital management of the enterprise of PJSC «Electrometallurgical Plant» Dniprospetsstal». Objectives: 1) determine the nature and value of the loan capital of the enterprise; 2) analyze the economic indicators of the enterprise; 3) to evaluate the indicators of efficiency of use of the borrowed capital of the enterprise; 4) to develop measures to optimize the capital structure and increase its management efficiency. Methods of research: a systematic approach to the study of economic events and processes. During research performance scientific methods of cognition were used: dialectical method, methods of induction and deduction, terminological analysis and comparison, calculation methods, theoretical generalization; cause-effect relationship methods, abstract-logical method. The results obtained and their novelty: 1) recommendations for optimization of the credit policy of the enterprise were developed; 2) optimization of the capital structure using the financial leverage mechanism; 3) optimization of the capital structure of the enterprise according to the criteria of minimizing its value and the level of financial risks. The value of the results of the master’s qualification work is that the developed recommendations allow the management of the enterprise to improve the efficiency of loan capital management by developing the optimal credit policy and determining the optimal capital structure, which will provide such a ratio of debt and equity of the enterprise, which would eliminate solvency problems based on recommended criteria that can be attributed to factors that influence the strategic behavior of a businesses.
