Диверсифікація джерел фінансування діяльності ПАТ «Фармак»

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота викладена на 123 сторінках друкованого тексту, містить 28 таблиць, 27 рисунків, 5 додатків. Перелік посилань включає 80 джерел, з них 5 іноземною мовою. Об’єктом дослідження є процес диверсифікації джерел фінансування діяльності ПАТ «Фармак». Метою кваліфікаційної роботи є розвиток теоретико-методичних й організаційних положень та розробка практичних рекомендацій щодо диверсифікації джерел фінансування діяльності підприємств. Завдання: 1) розглянути сутність та структуру джерел фінансування діяльності підприємств, їх економічний зміст та класифікацію; 2) систематизувати теоретико-методичні підходи до оптимізації диверсифікації джерел фінансування діяльності підприємств; 3) провести комплексне оцінювання динаміки та структури власних та позикових джерел фінансування ПАТ «Фармак»; 4) оптимізувати структуру капіталу ПАТ «Фармак» шляхом диверсифікації його джерел фінансування. Методи досліджень: логічного узагальнення, дедуктивний, фінансово- економічного та статистичного аналізу, порівняння, зведення та ін. Одержані результати та їх новизна: удосконалено категоріальний апарат, розмежовані поняття «фінансові ресурси», «власний капітал» та «позиковий капітал»; запропоновано практичні рекомендації щодо формування диверсифікованої структури капіталу підприємств; запропоновано модель диверсифікації джерел фінансування ПАТ «Фармак» за рахунок зміни амортизаційної політики. Практичне значення мають запропоновані рекомендації щодо оптимізації та вдосконалення обсягу та структури джерел фінансування підприємства ПАТ «Фармак»

EN : The work is presented on 123 pages of printed text, contains 28 tables, 27 figures, 5 annex. The list of refernces includes 80 sources, 5 of them in foreign languages. The object of study is the process of optimization the diversification of sources of financial activity of enterprises to provide an effective mechanism for their development. The purpose of the qualification work is the development of theoretical, methodological and organizational provisions and to develop practical recommendations for optimizing the diversification of sources of financial activity of enterprises for the effective development. Objectives: 1) to consider the nature and structure of sources of financing the activity of enterprises, their economic content and classification; 2) systematize theoretical and methodological approaches to optimizing the diversification of sources of financing the activity of enterprises; 3) conduct a comprehensive assessment of the dynamics and structure of PJSC Pharmak's own and borrowed sources of financing; 4) optimize the capital structure of PJSC “Pharmak” by diversifying its sources of financing. Methods of the research: logical explanation, deductive, financial and economic, statistical analysis, comparing, summary, etc. The results of the research: − improved categorical apparatus: differentiated concepts of «financial resources», «own capital» and «loan capital»; − offers practical recommendations for managing the formation of the optimal diversified capital structure of enterprises to ensure a sufficient level of financial stability; − the model of diversification of sources of financing of the enterprise at the expense of change of depreciation policy, which increases the profitability of the enterprise and its financial stability by increasing its own sources of enterprise financing. The results of the research can be applied by enterprises, in particular, to the model of diversification of sources of financing of the enterprise by changing the depreciation policy, which increases the profitability of the enterprise and its financial stability. The application of proposed recommendations in practice will ensure formation and effective operation of business activity management and control system, in time information and analysis organization to guidance.
