Фінансові аспекти створення нових банківських послуг АТ «Ощадбанк» для населення

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота викладена на 115 сторінках друкованого тексту, містить 4 таблиці, 14 рисунків, 2 додатки. Перелік посилань включає 69 джерел, з них 5 іноземною мовою. Об’єктом дослідження є банківські послуги в українських банках, процеси їх формування і розвитку та механізми їх регулювання. Метою кваліфікаційної роботи є обґрунтування теоретичних і науково-методологічних положень щодо функціонування банківської системи, та покращення банківських послуг в період кризи, розробка шляхів забезпечення їх стабільного та ефективного розвитку. Завдання: проаналізувати сучасні методологічні підходи до питання сутності банківських послуг; дослідити зарубіжний досвід створення нових банківських послуг; дослідити фінансові аспекти створення нових банківських послуг АТ «Ощадбанк» для населення виявити абсолютно нові напрями розвитку банківських послу в цілому. Методи досліджень: логічне узагальнення для обробки вивчених матеріалів та праць, класифікація для систематизації отриманої інформації, оцінювання для визначення позитивного і негативного впливу прийнятих нормативів та законів за часи існування незалежної України; системний та порівняльний аналіз. Одержані результати та їх новизна: набули подальшого розвитку: тлумачення категорії «банківська послуга»; подальшого розвитку набуло визначення впливу іноземного досвіду надання банківських послуг на банківську систему України; вдосконалення надання нових банківських послуг згідно із стандартами ЄС. Практичне значення мають запропоновані рекомендації щодо створення нових банківських послуг АТ «Ощадбанк» для населення, з урахуванням іноземного досвіду.

EN : The work is presented on 115 pages of printed text, contains 4 tables, 14 figures, 2annex. The list of refernces includes 69 sources, 5 of them in foreign languages. The subject of research is banking services in Ukrainian banks, their formation and development processes and mechanisms for their regulation. The purpose of the qualification work is to substantiate theoretical and scientific and methodological provisions on the functioning of the banking system, and to improve banking services in times of crisis, to develop ways to ensure their stable and effective development. Objectives: To analyze current methodological approaches to the issue of banking services; explore foreign experience of creating new banking services; to study financial aspects of creation of new banking services of Oshchadbank JSC for the population to find out completely new directions of development of banking ambassador as a whole. Methods of research: logical generalization for processing of the studied materials and works, classification for systematization of the received information, evaluation for determining the positive and negative impact of the adopted standards and laws during the existence of independent Ukraine; systematic and comparative analysis. The results obtained and their novelty: were further developed: interpretation of the category "banking service"; the further development of the influence of foreign experience in providing banking services on the banking system of Ukraine has been further developed; improving the provision of new banking services in line with EU standards. The theoretical and methodological basis of this diploma work were the works of domestic and foreign experts in the field of the theory of functioning and development of banking services, study of laws and norms already used in practice. To achieve this goal, depending on the complexity of scientific tasks, a set of common scientific methods was used. The thesis consists of the introduction, the main part and the conclusions. The introduction substantiates the relevance of the chosen topic, defines the purpose, subject, object, task and methodological basis of the research. The main part is devoted to the study of the problem. The conclusions formulate the main results of the diploma research. The recommendations on the creation of new banking services of Oschadbank JSC for the population, taking into account foreign experience, are of practical importance.
