Стратегічне фінансове планування як засіб запобіганню банкрутства ПАТ «Сантехкомплект»

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота викладена на 120 сторінках друкованого тексту, містить 28 таблиць,15 рисунків, 5 додатків. Перелік посилань включає 73 джерела, з них 5 іноземною мовою.ОБ’ЄКТОМ ДОСЛІДЖЕННЯ Є процес стратегічного фінансового планування на підприємствах в умовах ринкової економіки на прикладі ПАТ «Сантехкомплект». Метою кваліфікаційної роботи магістра є розвиток теоретико-методичних й організаційних положень та розробка практичних рекомендацій щодо удосконалення процесу стратегічного фінансового планування на підприємствах із застосуванням сучасних методик в ринкових умовах. Завдання: 1) розглянути сутність та призначення стратегічного фінансового планування; 2) вивчити концепції стратегічного фінансового планування; 3) дослідити особливості бізнес-плану як форми організації стратегічного фінансового планування; 4) провести аналіз практичних аспектів стратегічного фінансового планування на підприємстві; 5) запропонувати шляхи удосконалення стратегічного фінансового планування підприємства на засадах бюджетування; 6) виявити напрями удосконалення процесу бізнес-планування на підприємстві. Методи дослідження: аналізу і синтезу; порівняння; середніх та відносних величин; табличний та графічний, SWOT-аналіз, експертний метод, критичного аналізу та узагальнення теоретичних досліджень. Одержані результати та їх новизна: набув подальшого розвитку концепт запровадження системи бюджетування на підприємстві, розроблено модель основного бюджету підприємства, на основі якої деталізовано схему формування системи бюджетів підприємства. Практичне значення мають запропоновані рекомендації щодо розвитку методичного забезпечення процесів стратегічного фінансового планування та бізнес-планування на підприємствах.

EN : The work is presented on 120 pages of printed text, contains 28 tables, 15 figures, 5 annex. The list of refernces includes 73 sources, 5 of them in foreign languages. The object of the study is the process of strategic financial planning in enterprises in a market economy on the example of PJSC «SANTECHCOMPLECT». The purpose of the master's qualification work is to develop theoretical and methodological and organizational provisions and to develop practical recommendations for improving the process of strategic financial planning at enterprises using modern methods in market conditions. Tasks: 1) to consider the nature and purpose of strategic financial planning; 2) study the concepts of strategic financial planning; 3) explore the features of the business plan as a form of strategic financial planning; 4) to analyze the practical aspects of strategic financial planning at the enterprise; 5) to propose ways of improving the strategic financial planning of the enterprise on the basis of budgeting; 6) identify directions for improving the business planning process at the enterprise. Methods: The theoretical and methodological basis of the research is the fundamental positions of economic theory, the work of leading domestic and foreign scientists on strategic planning, financial planning and business planning. During performance of the qualification work the following methods of economic research are used: analysis and synthesis – to study the object and subject of research; comparison – for comparison of actual data of the reporting and previous years; average and relative quantities – to generalize the quantitative characteristics of the financial condition as a prerequisite for planning on the analyzed enterprise; tabular and graphical – to display the links between the estimated metrics; SWOT analysis – for constructing a matrix of SWOT analysis with further definition of strategies for strengthening competitive advantages; expert method – for assessing strengths, weaknesses, threats and opportunities and assessing the main internal risks of losses that arise in the activity of the analyzed enterprise; critical analysis and generalization of theoretical research – for a theoretical synthesis of the results and the formulation of conclusions. The results: – has further developed the concept of the introduction of budgeting system in the enterprise, in particular, the sequence of introduction of budgeting technology, that is, the stages of the budget cycle at the enterprise; the interconnections of budgeting and enterprise quality management systems are substantiated and the interrelations between budgeting systems and balanced indicators in the context of the basic subsystems of financial responsibility of the enterprise are revealed; – the model of the main budget of the enterprise was developed, on the basis of which the scheme of formation of the budget system of the enterprise is envisaged, which envisages the coverage of operating, investment and financial activity of the enterprise budget, property, capital, cash flow, which is in line with the model of the main budget of the enterprise. Proposals and recommendations formulated as a result of the research can be used in practice to develop methodological support for business planning and strategic financial planning processes at enterprises. Practical value are such developments as: the concept of the introduction of budgeting system in the enterprise, the scheme of forming a system of enterprise budgets.
