Стратегія управління оборотними активами АТ «Укрпошта»

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота викладена на 102 сторінках друкованого тексту, містить 26 таблиць, 17 рисунків, 4 додатки. Перелік посилань включає 80 джерел, з них 7 іноземною мовою. Об’єктом дослідження даної роботи є процес стратегічного управління оборотними активами підприємства АТ «Укрпошта». Метoю кваліфікаційної роботи полягає у вивченні особливостей стратегій управління оборотними активами підприємства АТ «Укрпошта» та розроблення практичних рекомендацій щодо підвищення ефективності використання оборотного активу. Завдання: удосконалення розвитку теоретичних аспектів у сфері ефективних стратегій управління оборотними активами; виробленні практичні рекомендації з удосконалення управління оборотними активами та застосування відомих зарубіжних моделей управління основними їх видами. Методи дослідження: діалектичний, системний, комплексний та структурно-функціональний підхід, кількісний аналіз, аналітичний, порівняння, зведення та ін. Одержані результати та їх новизна: удосконалено систему управління оборотними активами підприємства за рахунок оптимізації структури запасів підприємства та розрахунку оптимальних складових оборотних активів, що дозволяє підприємству здійснювати їх планування більш ефективно. Практичне значення одержаних результатів полягає в можливості застосування ряду положень кваліфікаційної роботи для подальшого застосування на підприємствах з метою підвищення ефективності управління оборотними активами.

The object of the study of this work is the process of strategic management of current assets of the enterprise of JSC «Ukrposhta». The purpose of the qualification work is to study the peculiarities of strategies for managing the current assets of the enterprise of JSC «Ukrposhta» and to develop practical recommendations for improving the efficiency of use of the current asset. Based on this goal, the following main research objectives were developed: the essence of current assets in modern economic conditions is considered, the role and place of management of them in the general system of enterprise management is determined; peculiarities of strategic management of current assets are considered; strategic models of management of current assets are studied; the financial status of JSC «Ukrposhta» and the current system of functional support for the management of current assets were analyzed; the efficiency of formation and use of current assets at the studied enterprise is analyzed; approaches to optimizing the structure of current assets are generalized; Improvement of effective management of current assets is considered. The object of the research is the process of strategic management of current assets of the enterprise. Objectives: improving the development of theoretical aspects in the field of effective strategies for managing current assets; making practical recommendations for improving the management of current assets and the application of well-known foreign models of management of their main types. Research methods: dialectical, systemic, complex and structural-functional approach, quantitative analysis, analytical, comparison, summary, etc. The theoretical and methodological basis of the study is the work of domestic and foreign specialists in the field of strategic management of current assets. The research is based on the application of the basic principles of systematic approach, modern theory of finance, management, marketing, logistics, economic-mathematical and statistical methods of analysis. The results and their novelty: the system of management of the current assets of the enterprise is improved by optimizing the structure of the enterprise stocks and the calculation of the optimal components of the current assets, which allows the enterprise to carry out their planning more effectively. The practical significance of the obtained results is the possibility of applying a number of provisions of qualification work on the organization and improvement of the system of control and management of business activity of JSC «Ukrposhta».
