Управління фінансовою санацією аграрного підприємства ТОВ «Агро – Вільне»

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота викладена на 130 сторінках друкованого тексту, містить 29 таблиць, 8 рисунків, 4 додатки. Перелік посилань включає 63 джерела, з них 14 іноземною мовою. Об'єктом дослідження є процеси формування, функціонування та використання систем управління фінансовою санацією підприємства. Предметом дослідження є сукупність комплексу теоретичних, методичних і практичних питань аналізу санаційної спроможності та розробка плану фінансового оздоровлення неплатоспроможного підприємства. Виявлено основні причини виникнення фінансової кризи на підприємстві. Досліджена економічна сутність санації, як комплексу процедур фінансового оздоровлення підприємства, з розглядом організаційно-правових механізмів управління фінансовою санацією підприємства. Проведено аналіз фінансового стану і досліджено економічні чинники діяльності підприємства ТОВ «Агро – Вільне» за 2016-2018 роки, проаналізовано показники рентабельності, неплатоспроможності, фінансової стійкості. Зроблено аналіз ймовірності банкрутства ТОВ «Агро – Вільне». Запропоновано механізм удосконалення управління фінансовою санацією, алгоритм здійснення фінансової стабілізації сільськогосподарських підприємств. Обґрунтовано необхідність створення групи внутрішнього антикризового контролю. Розроблено план для ТОВ «Агро - Вільне» з метою створення нормативної бази для організації власного переробного виробництва.

EN : The work is presented on 130 pages of printed text, contains 29 tables, 8 figures, 4annex. The list of refernces includes 63 sources, 14 of them in foreign languages. The purpose of the study is to deepen the theoretical and methodological foundations and to develop practical recommendations for improving the mechanism of remedial management in agricultural enterprises. The object of the research is the processes of formation, operation and use of the financial rehabilitation management systems of the enterprise. The subject of the research is a set of theoretical, methodological and practical questions of the analysis of the rehabilitation capacity and development of a plan of financial recovery of the insolvent enterprise. The main causes of financial crisis in the enterprise have been identified. The economic essence of rehabilitation, as a complex of procedures of financial improvement of the enterprise, with the consideration of organizational and legal mechanisms of management of financial rehabilitation of the enterprise is investigated. The financial condition is analysed and the economic factors of activity of the enterprise of LLC «Agro – Vilne» for 2016-2018 are investigated, the indices of profitability, insolvency, financial stability are analysed. Bankruptcy probability analysis of LLC «Agro – Vilne» was made. The mechanism of improvement of management of financial rehabilitation, algorithm of realization of financial stabilization of agricultural enterprises is offered. The necessity to create a group of internal anti-crisis control is substantiated. A plan was developed for LLC «Agro – Vilne» to create a regulatory framework for the organization of its own processing production. The practical significance of the results obtained is to make specific, scientifically sound recommendations for the rehabilitation of an insolvent enterprise. Putting into practice the proposed recommendations on ways to improve the relevant areas of activity for LLC «Agro – Vilne».
