Підвищення ефективності формування та використання прибутку як фактора стійкого розвитку підприємства ПрАТ «Електрометалургійний завод «Дніпроспецсталь»

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота викладена на 142 сторінках друкованого тексту, містить 33 таблиці, 14 рисунків, 6 додатків. Перелік посилань включає 89 джерел, з них 5 іноземною мовою. Об’єктом дослідження є економічні відносини, що визначають умови формування та використання прибутку підприємством ПрАТ «Електрометалургійний завод «Дніпроспецсталь». Метою кваліфікаційної роботи є поглиблення теоретико-методологічних засад і розроблення практичних рекомендацій щодо вдосконалення процесів формування та використання прибутку на підприємстві ПрАТ «Електрометалургійний завод «Дніпроспецсталь». Завдання: 1) визначити сутність та значення прибутку підприємства; 2) визначити фактори, що здійснюють вплив на показники прибутковості підприємства; 3) провести комплексне оцінювання фінансового стану підприємства; 4) здійснити оцінку ефективності діяльності підприємства; 5) визначити напрями підвищення ефективності формування та використання прибутку підприємства. Методи досліджень: діалектичний, логічний, дедуктивний, системний, комплексний та структурно-функціональний підхід, кількісний аналіз, аналітичний. Одержані результати та їх новизна: 1) розроблено рекомендації щодо оптимізації політики управління прибутком з метою підвищення ефективності управління підприємством; 2) визначено напрями ефективного розподілу прибутку; 3) запропоновано збільшення прибутку підприємства через процедуру лізингу та здачу власних площ в оренду. Практичне значення мають запропоновані рекомендації щодо підвищення ефективності формування та використання прибутку ПрАТ «Електрометалургійний завод «Дніпроспецсталь».

EN : The work is presented on 142 pages of printed text, contains 33 tables, 14 figures, 6 annex. The list of referеnces includes 89 sources, 5 of them in foreign languages. The object of study is the economic relations that determine the conditions for the formation and use of profits of the enterprise РJSC « Electrometallurgical Plant» Dnіprospetsstal». The purpose of the qualification work is the deepening of theoretical and methodological foundations and development of practical recommendations on improvement of processes of formation and use of profit at the enterprise of PJSC «Electrometallurgical Plant» Dniprospetsstal». Objectives: 1) to determine the nature and value of profit of the enterprise; 2) identify the factors that influence the profitability of the enterprise; 3) conduct a comprehensive assessment of the financial condition of the enterprise; 4) to evaluate the efficiency of the enterprise; 5) determine the directions of increasing the efficiency of formation and use of profits of the enterprise. Methods of research: a systematic approach to the study of economic events and processes. During research performance scientific methods of cognition were used: dialectical method, methods of induction and deduction, terminological analysis and comparison, calculation methods, theoretical generalization; cause-effect relationship methods, abstract-logical method. The results obtained and their novelty: 1) recommendations for optimization of profit management policy were developed in order to improve the efficiency of enterprise management; 2) directions of effective profit distribution are defined; 3) it is proposed to increase the profit of the enterprise through the leasing procedure and lease of own space. The proposed recommendations for improving the working capital management system at Dniprospetsstal PJSC are of practical importance. The recommendations of increasing the efficiency of forming and utilizing the profit of PJSC «Electrometallurgical Plant» Dniprospetsstal» are of practical importance.
