Управління фінансовою безпекою на підприємстві ТОВ «Промлюкс»

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота викладена на 103 сторінках друкованого тексту, містить 17 таблиць, 16 рисунків, 2 додатки. Перелік посилань включає 73 джерела, з них 5 іноземною мовою. Об’єктом дослідження є процес формування ефективного механізму управління фінансовою безпекою підприємства ТОВ «Промлюкс». Метою кваліфікаційної роботи є дослідження теоретико-методичних аспектів формування системи забезпечення та зміцнення фінансової безпеки підприємства й обґрунтування рекомендацій щодо її реалізації. Завдання: систематизувати науково-методичні підходи до трактування поняття «фінансова безпека підприємства»; здійснити оцінку основних характеристик стану фінансової безпеки підприємств; дослідити алгоритм розробки механізму управління фінансовою безпекою підприємства розглянути науково-методичні підходи до оцінювання фінансової безпеки підприємства; проаналізувати стан та динаміку фінансових показників діяльності підприємства ТОВ «Промлюкс»; розробити і запропонувати заходи щодо удосконалення управління фінансовою безпекою підприємства. Методи дослідження: теоретичного узагальнення, системного аналізу, табличний, графічний і аналітичний методи. Одержані результати та їх новизна: удосконалено методику оцінювання рівня фінансо¬вої безпеки підприємства на основі розрахунку інтегрального показника; запропоновано структуру системи зміцнення фінансової безпеки підприємства на основі встановлення взаємодії її складових, з урахуванням впливу внутрішніх та зовнішніх факторів. Практичне значення мають запропоновані рекомендації щодо удосконалення системи управління фінансовою безпекою на підприємстві ТОВ «Промлюкс».

EN : The work is presented on 103 pages of printed text, contains 17 tables, 16 figures, 2 annex. The list of referеnces includes 73 sources, 5 of them in foreign languages. The object of the study is the process of forming an effective mechanism for managing the financial security of LLC «Promliuks». The subject of research is the methodological approaches and principles of formation of the mechanism of financial security management of the enterprise. The purpose of the qualification work is to study the theoretical and methodological aspects of the formation of the system of providing and strengthening the financial security of the enterprise and substantiation of recommendations for its implementation. Objectives: to systematize scientific and methodological approaches to the interpretation of the concept of "financial security of the enterprise"; to evaluate the main characteristics of the financial security of enterprises; to study the algorithm of development of the mechanism of management of financial security of the enterprise to consider scientific and methodical approaches to the assessment of financial security of the enterprise; to analyze the status and dynamics of the financial performance of the company LLC «Promliuks»; to develop and propose measures to improve the financial security management of the enterprise of the enterprise of LLC «Promliuks». The methodological basis of qualification work is the provisions of modern economic theory, outlined in the scientific works of domestic and foreign scientists, which shed light on the fundamental foundations of determining the financial security and stability of enterprises. The obtained results and their novelty: the method of estimation of the level of financial security of the enterprise on the basis of calculation of the integral index is improved; the structure of the system of strengthening the financial security of the enterprise on the basis of establishing the interaction of its components, taking into account the influence of internal and external factors, which allows to establish the interconnection of the basic principles, tasks and criteria and allows to improve the efficiency of financial and economic activity, reduce losses from threats, dangers and risks, as well as satisfy the interests of both consumers and business owners. The recommendations for improving the financial security management system at LLC «Promliuks» are of practical importance.
