Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота викладена на 97 сторінках друкованого тексту, містить 24 таблиці, 8 рисунків, 6 додатків. Перелік посилань включає 75 джерел, з них 7 іноземною мовою. Oб’єктoм дocлiджeння є фiнaнcoвa дiяльнicть виpoбничo – кoмepцiйнoї фipми Пpивaтнe пiдпpиємcтвo «Пpoмгiдpoкoмплeкт». Мeтoю квaлiфiкaцiйнoї poбoти є poзpoбкa зaxoдiв щoдo пoкpaщeння фiнaнcoвиx peзультaтiв кoмepцiйнoгo пiдпpиємcтвa шляxoм впpoвaджeння eфeктивнoї пoлiтики упpaвлiння влacним кaпiтaлoм пpивaтнoгo пiдпpиємcтвa «Пpoмгiдpoкoмплeкт». Зaвдaння: 1) пpoвecти дocлiджeння тeopeтичниx ocнoв aнaлiзу влacнoгo кaпiтaлу гocпoдapcькoгo тoвapиcтвa; 2) пpoвecти кoмплeкcний aнaлiз фiнaнcoвo-мaйнoвoгo cтaну пpивaтнoгo пiдпpиємcтвa «Пpoмгiдpoкoмплeкт»; 3) визнaчити шляxи пoкpaщeння фiнaнcoвoгo cтaну кoмepцiйнoгo пiдpиємтвa тa poзpoбити зaxoди щoдo oптимiзaцiї cтaтeгiї упpaвлiння влacним кaпiтaлoм cуб’єктa гocпoдapювaння. Мeтoди дocлiджeнь: пopiвняння, aнaлiз i cинтeз, iндукцiї тa дeдукцiї, мoдeлювaння. EN : The work is presented on 97 pages of printed text, contains 24 tables, 8 figures, 6annex. The list of referеnces includes 75 sources, 7 of them in foreign languages. The object of the study is the financial activity of the production and commercial firm Private enterprise «Promgidrokomplekt». The purpose of the qualification work is to develop measures to improve the financial results of the commercial enterprise by implementing an effective equity management policy of the private enterprise «Promhidrokomplekt». In finance, equity is ownership of assets that may have debts or other liabilities attached to them. Equity is measured by subtracting liabilities from the value of an asset. Equity can apply to a single asset, such as a car or house, or to an entire business entity. Selling equity in a business is an essential method for acquiring cash needed to start up and expand operations. Objectives: 1) to carry out research of theoretical bases of analysis of own capital of a business company; 2) to carry out a complex analysis of financial and property state of the private enterprise «Promhidrokomplekt»; 3) identify ways to improve the financial condition of the business venture and to develop measures to optimize the entity's equity management strategy. Research methods: comparison, analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, modeling. The availability of capital is a prerequisite for setting up and developing a business. An enterprise that is separate from other business activities must have capital. The structure and dynamics of equity is the most significant indicator that determines the financial condition of an enterprise. An important place in the strategy of the enterprise is occupied by formation, use and management of own capital in the course of business activity of the enterprise. The purpose of the capital formation of the enterprise is to acquire the necessary assets and optimize the capital structure from the standpoint of ensuring the conditions for its efficient use. The results obtained and their novelty: a comprehensive strategy of managing the equity of a commercial enterprise in the conditions of reforming the domestic economy by optimizing the policy of managing the assets and liabilities of the entity. The scientific novelty of the work is to develop scientifically sound practical recommendations for improving the formation and analysis of equity for implementation in the practice of the enterprise, as well as for use in economic analysis. The practical implementation of conclusions and proposals will help improve the analysis of the equity of the company The financial analysis of the economic activity of the private enterprise «Promgidrokomplekt» was performed. The normative base of Ukraine regulating the financial activity of economic enterprises is investigated. Based on the analysis, systematic suggestions for improving the financial position by optimizing the equity of the business enterprise were developed.
