Підвищення фінансового потенціалу підприємства ТОВ «ОПТІМУСАГРО ТРЕЙД» та його оцінка

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота викладена на 124 сторінках друкованого тексту, містить 30 таблиць, 12 рисунків, 9 додатків. Перелік посилань включає 73 джерела, з них 5 іноземною мовою. Об’єктом дослідження є процес управління фінансовим потенціалом підприємства ТОВ «Оптімусагро Трейд» з метою підвищення ефективності його діяльності. Метою кваліфікаційної роботи є узагальнення й розвиток теоретичних підходів та методичних основ щодо підвищення фінансового потенціалу підприємства, а також розробка рекомендацій стосовно підвищення фінансового потенціалу підприємства ТОВ «Оптімусагро Трейд». Завдання: 1) проведення теоретичного аналізу сутності та змісту поняття «фінансовий потенціал»; 2) визначення елементної структури, джерел формування та факторів впливу на фінансовий потенціал підприємства; 3) здійснення аналізу фінансово-господарської діяльності підприємства ТОВ «Оптімуагро Трейд»; 4) вдосконалення ключових стратегії для підвищення фінансового потенціалу підприємства. Методи досліджень: аналіз і синтез – для визначення понять фінансового потенціалу; структурний аналіз – для дослідження динаміки та структури показників фінансового потенціалу. Одержані результати та їх новизна: визначено зміст поняття «фінансовий потенціал» з урахуванням економічних зв’язків і відносин; запропоновано двоєдиний підхід щодо управління фінансовим потенціалом підприємств, який забезпечується, з одного боку, існуючою системою їх функціонування, Практичне значення мають розробки з обґрунтування шляхів підвищення фінансового потенціалу підприємства ТОВ «Оптімусагро Трейд».

EN : The work is presented on 124 pages of printed text, contains 30 tables, 12 figures, 9 annex. The list of referеnces includes 73 sources, 5 of them in foreign languages. A research object is a process of management of enterprise of LLC "Оptimusagro Trade" financial potential with the aim of increase of efficiency of his activity. The aim of qualifying work are generalization and development of theoretical approaches and methodical bases in relation to the increase of financial potential of enterprise, ground of positions and practical principles on the increase of financial potential, and also development of recommendations in relation to the increase of financial potential of enterprise of LLC "Оptimusagro Trade", that will provide the balanced use of financial resources. Task: a 1) realization of theoretical analysis of essence and maintenance of concept "financial potential"; 2) determinations of element structure, sources of forming and factors of influence are on financial potential of enterprise; 3) realizations of analysis financially - economic activity of enterprise of LLC "Оptimusagro Trade"; 4) perfection of key is strategies for the increase of financial potential of enterprise. Methods of researches: analysis and synthesis - for determination of concepts of financial potential; factor analysis - for research of factors that influence on the use of financial potential of enterprises; structural analysis - for research of dynamics and structure of indexes of financial potential; extrapolation - for determination of progress of enterprises trends; grouping and classification - for systematization of factors that influence on the increase of potential of enterprises; економіко-математичне design - for development of економетричних models of prognostication of development of financial potential of enterprises and other. Got results and their novelty : maintenance of concept "financial potential" is certain taking into account economic connections and relations, that give an opportunity to take into account the terms of development of enterprises through the real and normative levels of this potential that provides the balanced use of resources; one in two approach offers in relation to a management financial potential of enterprises, that is provided, from one side, by the existent system of their functioning, and from the second - by development of their constituents as an integral interdependent system; it is improved: mechanism management financial potential of enterprises, that consists of financial methods, financial instruments and orgware, in combination of that through co-ordination of actions it maybe to carry out the management of enterprises financial potential; key strategies in a management financial potential and matrix that is base on certain levels of financial potential of enterprises and strategic financial goals, due to what positioning of enterprises is on a matrix; purchased further development: determination of features of estimation of financial potential of industrial enterprises that help to distinguish quantitative and quality levels of financial potential and pull out new requirements in relation to the financial providing of industrial enterprises and effective use of their resources; the methodical going is near the increase of efficiency of the use of financial potential of industrial enterprises due to application of principle of interchangeability of his constituents, that allows taking into account the coefficients of elasticity, to provide continuity of productive process and optimize a size and structure of financial resources; an organizational constituent of providing of mechanism of management of industrial enterprises financial potential is in direction of increase of efficiency of the use of resources and methods of modern management.
