Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота викладена на 104 сторінках друкованого тексту, містить 17 таблиць, 14 рисунків, 3 додатки. Перелік посилань включає 71 джерело, з них 4 іноземною мовою. Об’єктом дослідження є процес формування та використання фінансових ресурсів підприємства. Предметом дослідження є теоретико-прикладні засади формування та використання фінансових ресурсів підприємства. Метою кваліфікаційної роботи магістра є обґрунтування теоретичних засад та практичних рекомендацій щодо фінансових ресурсів підприємства, аналізу їхнього формування та використання, а також пошуку сучасних методів щодо їх покращення. Методи дослідження: аналіз даних статистики, звітів, стандартів, законодавчих актів, документів планування; компаративний метод; економіко-статистичний метод аналізу; графічний метод. Одержані результати: проведено комплексне дослідження теоретико-організаційних засад формування та використання фінансових ресурсів підприємства в сучасних умовах, розроблено практичних рекомендації щодо їх оптимізації, систематизовано проблеми та виявлено можливості покращення формування та використання фінансових ресурсів підприємства. Розроблені рекомендації дозволяють фінансовій службі підприємства отримати достовірну якісну інформацію про реальні можливості підприємства та ввести в дію особливі методи і механізми формування фінансових ресурсів, забезпечуючи, таким чином, його конкурентоспроможність.

The object of the study is the process of formation and use of financial resources of the enterprise. The subject of the research is theoretical and applied principles of formation and use of financial resources of the enterprise. The purpose of the master's qualification work is to substantiate theoretical foundations and practical recommendations on the financial resources of the enterprise, to analyze their formation and use, as well as to find modern methods for their improvement. Research methods: analysis of statistics, reports, standards, legislation, planning documents; comparative method; economic and statistical method of analysis; graphical method. The results obtained: a comprehensive study of the theoretical and organizational foundations of the formation and use of financial resources of the enterprise in modern conditions, developed practical recommendations for their optimization, systematized problems and identified opportunities to improve the formation and use of financial resources of the enterprise. The developed recommendations allow the financial service of the enterprise to receive reliable qualitative information about the real capabilities of the enterprise and to put into effect specific methods and mechanisms of formation of financial resources, thus ensuring its competitiveness. The scientific novelty of the master's work consists in a comprehensive study of the theoretical and methodological foundations of the formation and use of financial resources of the enterprise in modern conditions and the development of practical recommendations for their optimization. The significance of the results of the master's qualification work is that the developed recommendations allow the financial service of the enterprise to obtain reliable qualitative information about the real capabilities of the enterprise and to put into effect specific methods and mechanisms of formation of financial resources, thus ensuring its competitiveness. The questions of economic essence of financial resources of enterprise, classification of sources of financial resources formation and mechanism of formation of financial resources of enterprise are considered.
