Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота: 97 с., 2 таблиці, 9 рисунки, 94 джерела, 4 додатки. Об’єкт дослідження – опікунські сім'ї. Предмет дослідження – основні напрями та зміст роботи соціального педагога з опікунськими сім'ями в аспекті забезпечення їх ефективного соціального захисту. Мета дослідження – дослідити та охарактеризувати основні форми і напрямки роботи соціального педагога з опікунськими сім’ями. Методи дослідження: теоретичний аналіз джерел, спостереження, інтерв'ювання, опитування, вивчення особових справ, стандартизовані самозвіти, анкетування. Теоретичне значення дослідження полягає у тому, що досліджено та висвітлено теоретичний аспект роботи соціального педагога з опікунськими сім’ями. А саме розглянуто причини виникнення проблем та категоріальний апарат. Практичне значення дослідження полягає в тому, що результати проведеного емпіричного дослідження можуть використовуватися фахівцями-практиками, соціальними працівниками та науковцями для вдосконалення алгоритмів співпраці соціального педагога з опікунськими сім’ями. Напрацьований матеріал можна застосовувати при викладанні спецкурсів, при написанні посібників, а також в подальших наукових дослідженнях. В роботі розроблені рекомендації щодо мотивації сучасного українського суспільства брати під опіку дітей-сиріт та дітей позбавлених батьківського піклування. Галузь використання: загальноосвітні школи, служби у справах дітей, Центри соціальних служб для сім'ї, дітей та молоді, ювенальна превенція.

EN : The graduation work consists of the introduction, 2 charters, conclusions, a list of literary sources (94 positions, 6 foreign origin), appendices on 21 pages. The volume of qualifying work folds 126 pages, 97 from them is text of text. There are 2 tables and 2 illustrations. Qualifying work is devoted to the study of base aspects of work of social pedagogue with tutelar families and key problems into that tutelar family runs in modern normatively-legal space. Empiric research of readiness of guardians is carried out to realization of the guardian's duties. Key difficulties of cooperation of tutelar families are certain with social institutes. Directions and maintenance of work of social pedagogue are described with tutelar families, the certain measures of realization of socialpedagogical accompaniment of tutelar families offers. A research object is tutelar families. The subject of research is basic directions and maintenance of work of social teacher with tutelar families in the aspect of providing of them effective social protection. Research aim is to investigate and describe basic forms and work of social pedagogue assignments with tutelar families. The tasks of research are: - to present the definition and to describe the institute of tutelary family as the most widespread form of caring about orphaned children and the children confined paternal caring; - to consider base models, forms and methods of socialpedagogical accompaniment of tutelar families and legislative providing of domestic forms of caring about children-orphans and the children confined paternal caring; - to define typical social and pedagogical difficulties tutelar families run into that; - in accordance with a hypothesis to carry out empiric research of features of work of social teacher with a guardian; - to work out recommendations in relation to perfection of the system of work of social pedagogue with tutelary families and popularization of this form of caring in society with the aim of increase of amount of persons interested to take under guardianship children that remained without parents or paternal caring.
