Удосконалення системи управління персоналом ПП «Меркуріус»

Abstract

EN : The object of the research is the process of formation of the personnel management system at the private enterprise of PE "Mercury". The subject of the study is the staff of PE Mercury, the personnel management system and the factors that influence its development. The purpose of the master's thesis is to systematize and develop the theoretical and methodological provisions of the formation of the personnel management system and to develop practical recommendations for improving the skills of employees on the example of a private enterprise "Mercury". In the course of the research the following scientific results were obtained: 1) the methodological foundations of the personnel management system were investigated; 2) identified factors that affect the effectiveness of staffing; 3) the basic technologies and methods of the personnel management system at the enterprise Mnrerius PE have been analyzed; 4) the concepts of enterprise personnel management are considered; 5) ways of improving the qualification and level of professionalism of the personnel of the enterprise are determined; 6) recommendations for improvement of the personnel management system at the enterprise of PE "Mercury" were developed. Methods of research: theoretical generalization, logical generalization, comparative analysis, deductive, marketing analysis, correlation analysis, index analysis, etc. The scientific novelty of the results of the research is to develop and substantiate methods of personnel management based on foreign experience, which foresee the need for such an important component of effective enterprise activity as a high level of attention to employees. The value of the results of the scientific research is that the developed recommendations enable the enterprise to maximize the effective use of the labor potential of the personnel.

UA : Об’єктом дослідження є процес формування системи управління персоналом на приватному підприємстві ПП «Меркуріус». Предметом дослідження є персонал ПП «Меркуріус», система управління кадрами та фактори, які впливають на її розвиток. Метою магістерської роботи є систематизація та розвиток теоретико-методологічних положень формування системи управління персоналом та розробка практичних рекомендацій щодо підвищення рівня кваліфікації працівників на прикладі приватного підприємства «Меркуріус». Методи дослідження: логічного узагальнення, дедуктивний, маркетингового, економічного та статистичного аналізу, порівняння, зведення даних та ін. У процесі дослідження одержано такі наукові результати: досліджено методологічні основи системи управління персоналом; визначені фактори, які впливають на ефективність функціонування кадрів; проаналізовані основні технології і методи системи управління персоналом на підприємстві ПП «Мнреуріус»; розглянуто концепції управління персоналом підприємства; визначені шляхи підвищення кваліфікації та рівня професіоналізму персоналу підприємства; розроблено рекомендації щодо удосконалення системи управління персоналом на підприємстві ПП «Меркуріус». Результати дослідження можуть бути застосовані підприємствами, зокрема, рекомендації з поліпшення умов праці та плинності кадрів.
