Оптимізація структури джерел фінансування ТОВ «СТАТУС ПЛЮС» як передумова фінансової безпеки підприємства

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота: 101 с., 11 рис., 30 табл., 2 додатки, 76 джерел. Об’єктом дослідження є процес управління джерелами фінансування діяльності підприємства ТОВ «СТАТУС ПЛЮС». Метою кваліфікаційної роботи є розвиток теоретичних і методичних положень управління фінансовими ресурсами підприємства, а також розробка рекомендацій щодо оптимізації структури джерел фінансування діяльності підприємства ТОВ «СТАТУС ПЛЮС». Завдання: дослідити сутність фінансових ресурсі в системі фінансової безпеки підприємства; розглянути особливості управління джерелами фінансування підприємства; розглянути методичні підходи до аналізу ефективності використання фінансових ресурсів підприємства; здійснити аналіз ефективності формування та використання фінансових ресурсів ТОВ «СТАТУС ПЛЮС»; розробити рекомендації щодо удосконалення системи управління джерелами фінансування діяльності підприємства. Методи досліджень: теоретичного узагальнення, логічні й емпіричні, системного аналізу, статистичного аналізу, табличний та графічний. Одержані результати та їх новизна: вдосконалено методику оцінювання контрагента (покупця) яка передбачає необхідність враховувати не тільки фактичний одномоментний прибуток, який одержаний від реалізації товару, але і перспективність взаємин, спрямованих на збільшення прибутку майбутніх періодів, імідж підприємства, його позиціонування на ринку. Практичне значення одержаних результатів і висновків полягає у тому, що сформульовані у роботі теоретичні та практичні узагальнення можуть використовуватися при розробці системи оцінки ефективності управління фінансовим забезпеченням діяльності підприємства

EN : Qualifying work: 101 pp., 11 fig., 30 tab., 2 annex, 76 references. The object of the research is the process of managing the sources of financing the activity of the company STATUS PLUS. The purpose of qualification work is the development of theoretical and methodological provisions for managing the financial resources of the enterprise, as well as the development of recommendations for optimizing the structure of sources of financing the activities of the company «STATUS PLUS». Objective: To investigate the nature of financial resources in the financial security of the enterprise; consider the features of managing the sources of financing the enterprise; to consider methodical approaches to the analysis of efficiency of use of financial resources of the enterprise; to analyze the efficiency of formation and use of financial resources LLC «STATUS PLUS»; to develop recommendations for improvement of the system of management of sources of financing of activity of the enterprise. The methodological basis of this study is the dialectical method of knowledge of economic phenomena, the position of economic theory in financial management, modern management theory. During the study logical and empirical methods of knowledge of mechanisms and forms of financial management were widely used, as well as methods of comparative, statistical analysis, graphoanalytical methods of reflection of research results. The priority of using one or another method was determined by the specific task and the goal. The results and their novelty: the method of evaluation of the counterparty (buyer) is improved, which implies the need to take into account not only the actual one-time profit received from the sale of the goods, but also the prospect of relations aimed at increasing profit of future periods, the image of the enterprise, its positioning on the market. The practical significance of the obtained results and conclusions is that the theoretical and practical generalizations formulated in the work can be used in the development of a system for evaluating the efficiency of financial management of an enterprise
