Формування фінансової стратегії АТ « Ощадбанк» в системі управління економічною безпекою

Abstract

EN : Qualifying work: 106 pp., 15 fig., 23 tab., 2 annex, 67 references. The object of the study is the financial strategy of the banking institution. The subject of the research is theoretical, methodical and practical issues of development of the financial strategy of Bank PLC «Oshadbank». The purpose of qualification work is the development of theoretical and methodological provisions of strategic financial management of banking activities, as well as the substantiation of the financial strategy of Bank PLC «Oshadbank». Objective: to determine the role of strategic planning in the system of financial strategy of the bank; to investigate the economic nature and approaches to the classification of bank financial strategies; to work out the algorithm of formation of effective financial strategy of the bank; to study the organizational and economic aspects of the bank's work and to analyze the financial and economic indicators of Bank PLC «Oshadbank»; to evaluate the effectiveness of the bank's financial strategy; substantiate the feasibility of implementing a risk-oriented approach to the formation of the bank's financial strategy; to determine strategic dominants depending on the life cycle stage of Bank PLC «Oshadbank». Research methods: abstract-logical, economic-statistical, monographic, analysis, synthesis, etc. The information base of the research is the financial statements of Bank PLC «Oshadbank», the data of he National Bank of Ukraine, as well as monographic researches and articles of domestic and foreign authors. The results obtained and their novelty: an improved algorithm for developing a bank's effective financial strategy, which includes, among other stages, conducting internal stress testing of the bank's ability to implement the financial strategy and, if necessary, organizational and economic changes aimed at increasing the bank's ability to realize its potential financial opportunities. Developments and proposals for the formation of an effective financial strategy of the bank based on the implementation of the risk-oriented approach of the bank's life cycle are of practical importance

Метою кваліфікаційної роботи є розвиток теоретичних і методичних положень стратегічного фінансового управління банківською діяльністю, а також обґрунтування фінансової стратегії АТ «Ощадбанк». Завдання: визначити роль стратегічного планування системі фінансової стратегії банку; дослідити економічну сутність і підходи до класифікації фінансових стратегій банку; опрацювати алгоритм формування дієвої фінансової стратегії банку; провести оцінювання ефективності фінансової стратегії банку АТ «Ощадбанк»; обґрунтувати доцільність впровадження ризик-орієнтованого підходу до формування фінансової стратегії банку; визначити стратегічні домінанти залежно від стадії життєвого циклу АТ «Ощадбанк». Методи досліджень: абстрактно-логічний, економіко-статистичний, монографічний, аналізу, синтезу та ін. Одержані результати та їх новизна: вдосконалений алгоритм розробки дієвої фінансової стратегії банку, який передбачає серед інших етапів також проведення внутрішнього стрес-тестування на спроможність банку до реалізації фінансової стратегії та, за потреби, організаційно-економічні зміни, спрямовані на підвищення здатності банку реалізувати свої потенційні фінансові можливості. Практичне значення мають розробки та пропозиції щодо формування ефективної фінансової стратегії банку на засадах впровадження ризик-орієнтованого підходу життєвого циклу банку
