Забезпечення фінансової безпеки банку АТ «Ощадбанк»

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота: 101 с., 18 рис., 25 табл., 2 додатки, 70 джерел. Об’єктом дослідження є процеси оцінювання показників фінансового стану банку в системі забезпечення фінансової безпеки АТ «Ощадбанк». Метою кваліфікаційної роботи є узагальнення та вдосконалення системи управління фінансовою безпекою банків, а також розробка практичних рекомендацій щодо підвищення рівня фінансової безпеки АТ «Ощадбанк». Завдання: дослідити сутність фінансової безпеки банку; розглянути особливості формування механізму управління фінансовою безпекою банку; розглянути методичні підходи до оцінювання фінансової безпеки банку; надати організаційно-економічні характеристику АТ «Ощадбанк»; здійснити діагностику показників ефективності діяльності банку АТ «Ощадбанк»; запропонувати заходи щодо підвищення ефективності формування системи забезпечення фінансової безпеки АТ «Ощадбанк». Методи досліджень: системний, економіко-статистичний, графічний, табличний, логічний, нормативно-розрахунковий, методи аналізу, групування та ін. Одержані результати та їх новизна: вдосконалено методику оцінювання рівня фінансової безпеки банку, яка передбачає використання показників, що характеризують ефективність діяльності банку та показників, що характеризують рівень його захищеності та здатність протистояти кризовим явищам. Практичне значення одержаних результатів і висновків полягає у тому, що сформульовані у роботі теоретичні та практичні узагальнення можуть використовуватися при розробці системи управління фінансовою безпекою банку

The object of the study is the processes of evaluating the indicators of the bank's financial condition in the system of financial security of Bank PLC «Oshadbank». The subject of research is theoretical, methodical and practical issues of ensuring the financial security of the bank. The purpose of the qualification work is to generalize and improve the system of managing the financial security of banks, as well as to develop practical recommendations for improving the financial security of Bank PLC «Oshadbank» Objective: To investigate the essence of financial security of the bank; to consider the peculiarities of the formation of the bank's financial security management mechanism; consider methodical approaches to assessing a bank's financial security; provide organizational and economic characteristics of Bank PLC «Oshadbank»; to perform diagnostics of performance indicators of Bank PLC «Oshadbank»; to propose measures to increase the efficiency of the formation of the financial security system of Bank PLC «Oshadbank». Research methods: systematic, economic-statistical, graphical, tabular, logical, regulatory-calculation, methods of analysis, grouping, etc. The information base of the research consists of scientific works of domestic and foreign scientists in the field of banking, periodicals and monographs, financial statements of Bank PLC «Oshadbank». Results and novelty obtained: improved methodology for assessing the level of financial security of the bank, which involves the use of indicators that characterize the performance of the bank and indicators that characterize its level of protection and ability to withstand crisis. The practical significance of the obtained results and conclusions is that the theoretical and practical generalizations formulated in the work can be used in the development of the bank's financial security management system
