Управління проектом реструктуризації на підприємстві АТ «Мелітопольський м’ясокомбінат»

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота: 116 с., 5 рис., 24 табл., 2 додатки, 62 джерела. Об’єктом дослідження в роботі є особливості управління проектами реструктуризації на підприємстві. Предметом дослідження є методичні підходи та принципи управління проектами реструктуризації на підприємстві АТ «Мелітопольський м`ясокомбінат». Метою кваліфікаційної роботи є аналіз господарської діяльності та фінансового стану АТ «Мелітопольський м’ясокомбінат», а також обґрунтування необхідності управління проектом реструктуризації на підприємстві. Відповідно до визначеної мети в роботі поставлено такі завдання: розглянути поняття реструктуризації, визначити основні види та форми її проведення; визначити основні складові механізму управління проектом реструктуризації; проаналізувати господарську діяльність та фінансовий стан АТ «Мелітопольський м’ясокомбінат»; запропонувати структурно-логічну модель розробки проекту реструктуризації; розробити методику визначення стратегії реструктуризації та напряму її проведення. Методи дослідження: – загальнонаукові та емпіричні методи наукових досліджень, зокрема: описовий, методи аналізу та синтезу; – кількісні: методи порівняння відносних і абсолютних величин, групування; методи економічного, статистичного й експертного аналізу; метод графічного зображення. У процесі дослідження отримано такі наукові результати, яким притаманна наукова новизна: запропоновано структурно-логічну модель розробки проекту реструктуризації, що передбачає не тільки визначення передумов проведення реструктуризації та її планування, але дослідження факторів макро- і мікрорівня та інтеграційний вплив на діяльність підприємства; розроблено методику визначення стратегії та типу реструктуризації на основі оцінки стратегічної стійкості по системі фінансових показників та стійкості його зовнішнього середовища; набуло подальшого розвитку: тлумачення категорії «реструктуризація», що пропонується розглядати як це процес реалізації комплексу заходів організаційно-економічного, фінансового, соціального, техніко-технологічного характеру, спрямований на підвищення ефективності діяльності підприємства на кожному етапі його функціонування. Отримані результати дослідження щодо впровадження системи управління проектом реструктуризації можуть бути впроваджені в практику роботи підприємств, задіяних в сфері виробництва, зокрема АТ «Мелітопольський м’ясокомбінат». Застосування на практиці запропонованих рекомендацій дозволить підприємству покращити фінансові результати діяльності та підвищити конкурентоспроможність згідно з вибраною стратегією реструктуризації в довгостроковій перспективі.

EN : Qualifying work: 116 pp., 5 fig., 24 tab., 2 annex, 62 references. The object of study is the features of management of restructuring projects at the enterprise. The subject of study – methodological approaches and principles of management of restructuring projects at the enterprise of JSC «Melitopol meat-packing plant». The purpose of the qualification work is to analysis of the economic activity and financial condition of JSC «Melitopol meat-packing plant», as well as justification of the need to manage the restructuring project at the enterprise. According to the goals the following tasks are solved: - investigated the theoretical foundations of restructuring, determine the main types and forms of its implementation; - identify the main components of the restructuring project management mechanism; - to analyze the economic activity and financial condition of JSC «Melitopol meat-packing plant»; - to propose a structural and logical model for the development of a restructuring project; - to develop a methodology for defining a restructuring strategy and its direction. Methods of research: general scientific and empirical methods of scientific research, in particular: descriptive, methods of analysis and synthesis; quantitative: methods for comparing relative and absolute values, groupings; methods of economic, statistical and expert analysis; graphic image method. The study yielded the following scientific results, which are characterized by scientific innovation: - the use of structural and logical model of development of the restructuring project, which provides not only the definition of prerequisites for the restructuring and its planning, but also the study of macro- and micro-level factors and integration influence on the activity of the enterprise; - the methodology for determining the strategy and type of restructuring based on the assessment of strategic sustainability in the system of financial indicators and the sustainability of its external environment; got further development: - the interpretation of the category interpretation of the category «restructuring», which is proposed to be considered as a process of implementation of a set of measures of organizational, economic, financial, social, technical and technological character, aimed at improving the efficiency of the enterprise at each stage of its operation. The results of the study on the implementation of the restructuring project management system can be put into practice of the enterprises involved in the production sphere, in particular JSC «Melitopol meat-packing plant». Рutting into practice the recommendations proposed by the author will allow the company to improve its financial results and increase its competitiveness in accordance with the chosen restructuring strategy in the long run.
