Управління системою фінансової безпеки виробничого підприємства ПрАТ «Запорізька кондитерська фабрика»

Abstract

Об’єктом дослідження є процеси оцінювання рівня фінансової безпеки виробничого підприємства ПрАТ «Запорізька кондитерська фабрика» на основі показників фінансового стану. Метою кваліфікаційної роботи є дослідження теоретико-методичних засад формування системи управління фінансовою безпекою виробничого підприємства й обґрунтування рекомендацій щодо підвищення її ефективності. Завдання: дослідити сутність та складові механізму управління фінансовою безпекою підприємства; розглянути методичні підходи до оцінки ефективності управління фінансовою безпекою підприємства; здійснити аналіз фінансового стану виробничого підприємства ПрАТ «Запорізька кондитерська фабрика; обґрунтувати заходи щодо підвищення рівня фінансової безпеки виробничого підприємства ПрАТ «Запорізька кондитерська фабрика». Методи досліджень: діалектичного пізнання, причинно-наслідковий аналіз, табличний і графічний методи. Одержані результати та їх новизна: вдосконалено систему управління фінансовою безпекою підприємства за рахунок запровадження інструментів антикризового фінансового контролінгу. Практичне значення мають розробки щодо визначення рівня фінансової конкурентоспроможності виробничого підприємства ПрАТ «Запорізька кондитерська фабрика», що дозволить підприємству формувати ефективну систему управління фінансовою безпекою

The object of the study is the processes of assessing the financial security level of the production enterprise PJSC «Zaporizhzhia Confectionery Plant» on the basis of indicators of financial condition. The purpose of the qualification work is to study the theoretical and methodological foundations of forming a system of financial security management of a manufacturing enterprise and to substantiate recommendations for improving its efficiency. Objectives: to consider the economic nature and functional aspects of the financial security of the enterprise; to investigate the components of the financial security management mechanism of the enterprise; consider methodical approaches to assessing the effectiveness of financial security management of the enterprise; to carry out an analysis of the financial condition of the production enterprise PJSC «Zaporizhzhia Confectionery Plant» in the system of financial security management; to substantiate measures for increasing the level of financial security of the production enterprise PJSC «Zaporizhzhia Confectionery Plant». The following methods of economic research are used in the work: dialectical cognition (development of categories of «financial security of the enterprise»); causal analysis (changes in the level of financial security of the enterprise); tabular and graphical (characteristic of the aggregate indicators of the state and dynamics of financial security of the enterprise). The results obtained and their novelty: the obtained results are determined by the following basic provisions: the system of financial security management of the enterprise is improved by introducing anti-crisis financial control tools, which will allow the enterprise to justify the development strategy most appropriate to external and internal threats. Developments to determine the level of financial competitiveness of the manufacturing enterprise PJSC «Zaporizhzhia Confectionery Plant», which will allow the enterprise to form an effective system of financial security management, are of practical importance
