Організація фінансово- ефективних проектів в індустрії спорту та розваг на ПС "Юність"

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота магістра: 95 с., 17 рис., 34 табл., 41 джерело. Об’єкт дослідження: теоретико-методичні та практичні аспекти організації фінансово-ефективних проектів в індустрії спорту та розваг ПС «Юність». Предмет дослідження: сукупність теоретичних, методичних і практичних аспектів організації фінансово-ефективних проектів в індустрії спорту та розваг ПС «Юність». Мета дослідження: визначення сутності та особливостей організації фінансово-ефективних проектів в індустрії спорту та розваг в діяльності ПС «Юність», що функціонує на конкурентному ринку спорту, розробка заходів щодо їх ефективної реалізації. Методи дослідження: теоретичне узагальнення та порівняння, статистичний аналіз, системний підхід формалізації та економіко-математичного моделювання.

Специфіка даної роботи полягає в тому, що у ній досліджено організаційні аспекти розробки та реалізації фінансово-економічних проектів в діяльності закладів фізичної культури та спорту. В роботі систематизовано результати діяльності на ринку спортивної індустрії, участі держави в її розбудові за рахунок реалізації різноманітних цільових програм, залучення приватних інвесторів для реалізації проектів з реконструкції закладів спорту. В рамках дослідження проведено аналіз проектної діяльності ПС «Юність», розроблено шляхи її оптимізації за рахунок впровадження нових перспективних проектів.

The object of the research: theoretical methodical and practical aspects of organization of financially effective projects in industry of sport and entertainment at PS «Yunist». The subject of the research: a set of theoretical, methodological and practical aspects of organization of financially effective projects in industry of sport and entertainment at PS «Yunist». The purpose of the thesis for the master’s degree is to determine the essence and features of organization of financially effective projects in industry of sport and entertainment at PS «Yunist» in the conditions of highly competitive market of sports industry and recommendations of its development and optimization. The research methods: theoretical generalizations and comparisons, statistical analysis, system approach and formalize economic and mathematical modeling. The specific of this work consists in the detailed analysis of organization aspects of planning and realization of financially effective projects in industry of sport and entertainment. In the thesis for the master’s degree the results of sport market of Ukraine are systematized, the participation of state in the realization of various targeted programs are considered, the involvement of private investors for the implementation of projects on the reconstruction of sports facilities are described. On the basis of the researches in the thesis for the master’s degree the ways of optimization aspects of organization of financially effective projects in industry of sport and entertainment at PS «Yunist» are analyzed.
