Особливості впровадження інноваційних технологій як головний компонент розвитку ТОВ ВО «ОСКАР»

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота магістра складається з 3 розділів, 60 с., 17 таблиць, 30 рисунків, 50 джерел. Метою кваліфікаційної роботи магістра є дослідження стану інновацій промислового підприємства ТОВ ВО «ОСКАР», з подальшою розробкою шляхів удосконалення інноваційної діяльності. У першому розділі проаналізовані теоретичні основи інноваційної діяльності підприємства, розглянуто види та сутністьінновацій, розкрито зміст поняття інновація та інноваційна діяльність, а також розглянута їїкласифікації, розробка інновацій на підприємстві та методи її вимірювання. У другому розділі розкрито суть організаційної структури управління та характеристика напрямів діяльності підприємства, розглянуті фінансові показники підприємства, та надана оцінка інноваційній діяльності ТОВ ВО «ОСКАР». У третьому розділі запропоновані напрямки вдосконалення інноваційної діяльності на підприємстві. Розроблені та обґрунтовані інноваційні заходи через використання науково- технічного потенціалу ТОВ ВО «ОСКАР».

EN : The master's qualification work consists of 3 sections, 60 pages, 17 tables, 30 figures, 50 sources. The purpose of the master's qualification work is to study the state of innovations of the industrial enterprise LLC VO «OSCAR», with further development of ways to improve innovation. The first section analyzes the theoretical foundations of innovation of the enterprise, considers the types and essence of innovations, reveals the meaning of the concept of innovation and innovation, as well as its classification, development of innovations in the enterprise and methods of measuring it. The second section reveals the essence of the organizational structure of management and the characteristics of the enterprise, considers the financial performance of the enterprise, and provides an assessment of the innovative activities of LLC VO «OSCAR». In the third section the directions of improvement of innovative activity at the enterprise are offered. Innovative measures have been developed and substantiated through the use of scientific and technical potential of OSKAR LLC.
