Організація вхідного контролю імпортної сировини ПАТ «Дніпроспецсталь»

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота магістра “Організація вхідного контролю імпортної сировини ПАТ «Дніпроспецсталь» зумовлена зростанням собівартості продукції у зв’язку із підвищенням ціни на основні складові елементи – металобрухт, феросплави, енергоносії, появою нових підприємств, які використовують іноваційні технології у виробництві легованої сталі. Мета дослідження – проаналізувати систему закупівель та поставок імпортної сировини на підприємстві ПАТ “Дніпроспецсталь” та рекомендувати належну систему контролю. Об’єкт дослідження в дипломній роботі – Публічне акціонерне товариство “Дніпроспецсталь”. Предмет дослідження – господарська та зовнішньоекономічна діяльність підприємства ПАТ “Дніпроспецсталь” за період з 2014 по 2018 роки. В роботі використовувались дані публічної звітності підприємства, які розміщені на Інтернет-порталі smida.gov.ua, інформацію, яка отримана під час практики на підприємстві в процесі спостережень та аналізу звітності. Висновки, які зроблені у результаті дослідження виробничого процесу, структури постачання сировини та матеріалів на підприємство, надають підставу запропонувати схему організації вхідного контролю на основі аутсорсінгу експертних послуг з Запорізькою торгово-промисловою палатою, яка забезпечуватиме експертизу кількості (перевірка відповідності товару документам) та якості (засвідчення даних профільної експертизи якості та вмісту основної діючої сировини).

EN : Master's qualification work “Organization of input control of imported raw materials of PJSC“ Dneprospetsstal ”is conditioned by the increase in the cost of production in connection with the increase of the price for the main components - scrap metal, ferroalloys, energy carriers, the emergence of new enterprises that use innovative technologies in steelmaking. The purpose of the study is to analyze the system of purchases and deliveries of imported raw materials at the enterprise of PJSC “Dniprospetsstal” and to recommend a proper control system. The object of research in the diploma work is the Public Joint Stock Company "Dneprospetsstal". The subject of the study is the economic and foreign economic activity of the enterprise of PJSC “Dniprospetsstal” for the period from 2014 to 2018. The work used the public reporting data of the company, which is posted on the smida.gov.ua web portal, information that was obtained during the practice at the enterprise in the process of observations and analysis of the reporting. The conclusions drawn from the study of the production process, the structure of supply of raw materials to the enterprise, provide the basis to offer a scheme of organization of input control based on outsourcing of expert services with the Zaporozhye Chamber of Commerce, which will provide expertise of quantity (checking the conformity of goods with documents) and quality (certification of the profile examination data of the quality and content of the main active raw material).
