Формування організаційної культури закладу вищої освіти

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота магістра: 75 с., 14 рис., 18 табл., 55 джерел. Об’єкт дослідження: процеси управління формуванням організаційної культури Запорізького національного університету. Предмет дослідження: теоретичні, науково-методичні та практичні аспекти формування напрямків розвитку інноваційної організаційної культури закладу вищої освіти. Мета роботи: обґрунтування рекомендацій щодо формування та реалізації перспективних напрямків розвитку інноваційної спрямованості організаційної культури Запорізького національного університету. Методи дослідження: загальнонаукові та специфічні методи пізнання об’єктивної природи економічних явищ та процесів: аналізу та синтезу, індукції та дедукції; методи логічного узагальнення. Специфіка роботи полягає у вирішенні наступних основних задач: визначено сутність та складові поняття «організаційна культура»; проаналізовано особливості формування організаційної культури закладу вищої освіти; досліджено конкурентне середовище Запорізького національного університету; охарактеризоване освітнє середовище Запорізького національного університету; здійснено діагностику стану розвитку організаційної культури Запорізького національного університету; виявлено ключові фактори впливу на розвиток інноваційної організаційної культури Запорізького національного університету; визначено перспективні напрямки розвитку системи фінансування розвитку інноваційної організаційної культури Запорізького національного університету. Інформаційною базою дослідження є нормативно-правові документи в системі регулювання діяльності вищих навчальних закладів України; офіційні дані Державної служби статистики і Міністерства освіти та науки України; фундаментальні дослідження вітчизняних та зарубіжних вчених з питань управління ЗВО та його організаційної культури. Наукова новизна одержаних результатів полягає у поглибленні теоретико-методичних основ і розробці практичних рекомендацій щодо формування організаційної культури закладу вищої освіти. Практичне значення одержаних результатів полягає у розробці методично-прикладних засад організації системи формування організаційної культури закладу вищої освіти «Запорізький національний університет».

Subject of research: theoretical, scientific-methodical and practical aspects of formation of directions of development of innovative organizational culture of higher education institution. Purpose: substantiation of recommendations for the formation and implementation of promising areas of innovative orientation of organizational culture of Zaporozhye National University. Research methods: general scientific and specific methods of cognition of the objective nature of economic phenomena and processes: analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction; methods of logical generalization. The specifics of the work is to solve the following main tasks: the essence and components of the concept of "organizational culture" are defined; the peculiarities of the formation of the organizational culture of the institution of higher education are analyzed; the competitive environment of Zaporizhia National University is studied; characterized the educational environment of Zaporizhia National University; diagnostics of the state of development of organizational culture of Zaporizhia National University was carried out; identified key factors influencing the development of innovative organizational culture of Zaporizhia National University; Perspective directions of development of the system of financing the development of innovative organizational culture of Zaporizhia National University are determined. The information base of the research is normative-legal documents in the system of regulation of activity of higher educational establishments of Ukraine; official data of the State Statistics Service and the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine; fundamental research of domestic and foreign scientists on the management of free economic zone and its organizational culture. The scientific novelty of the obtained results lies in the deepening of the theoretical and methodological foundations and the development of practical recommendations for the formation of the organizational culture of the institution of higher education. The practical significance of the obtained results lies in the development of methodological and applied principles of organization of the system of formation of organizational culture of the institution of higher education "Zaporizhzhya National University".
