Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота магістра: 78 с., 10 рис., 18 табл., 41 джерел. Мета кваліфікаційної роботи полягає в виявлені стратегічних пріоритетів розвитку машинобудівного підприємства ПАТ «Мотор Січ» та інтеграція цих пріоритетів для досягнення ключових індикаторів стратегічного розвитку підприємства. Об’єктом кваліфікаційної роботи є стратегічні пріоритети розвитку машинобудівного підприємства ПАТ «Мотор Січ». Предметом дослідження є інтеграція стратегічних пріоритетів розвитку для досягнення ключових індикаторів стратегічного розвитку підприємства ПАТ «Мотор Січ». Методи дослідження: пошуковий, діалектичний, аналітичний, моделювання, стратегічного аналізу. Специфіка даної роботи полягає в тому, що у ній досліджено стратегічні пріоритети розвитку підприємства. У роботі досліджено положення підприємства у порівнянні з найбільшими конкурентами на світовому ринку, за допомогою моделювання розглянуто стратегічне положення та переваги підприємства на ринку. Визначені стратегічні пріоритети розвитку та кроки для досягнення поставленої стратегії. У рамках дослідження у кваліфікаційній роботі розглянуто перспективи досягнення ключових індикаторів в стратегічних пріоритетах розвитку та управлінські рішення для досягнення поставлених цілей. Спрогнозовано вплив стратегічних управлінських рішень на ефективність роботи підприємства.

The purpose of the qualification work is to identify the strategic priorities for the development of the machine-building enterprise PJSC "Motor Sich" and the integration of these priorities to achieve key indicators of strategic development of the enterprise. The object of qualification work is the strategic priorities for the development of the machine-building enterprise PJSC "Motor Sich". The subject of the study is the integration of strategic development priorities to achieve key indicators of strategic development of PJSC "Motor Sich". Research methods: exploratory, dialectical, analytical, modeling, strategic analysis. The specificity of this work is that it explores the strategic priorities of enterprise development. The position of the enterprise in comparison with the largest competitors in the world market is investigated in the work, by means of modeling the strategic position and advantages of the enterprise in the market are considered. Strategic development priorities and steps to achieve this strategy have been identified. In the framework of the research in the qualification work the prospects of achieving key indicators in strategic development priorities and management decisions to achieve the set goals are considered. The influence of strategic management decisions on the efficiency of the enterprise is predicted.
