Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота магістра: 65 с., 9 рис., 15 табл., 49 джерел. Предмет дослідження:теоретико-методичні та прикладні аспекти управління фінансовими ресурсами на підприємстві. Об’єкт дослідження: підприємствоПАТ «Запорізький оліяжиркомбінат». Мета роботи – вивчення стратегії управління фінансовими ресурсами підприємства та визначення комплексу заходів щодо удосконалення та підвищення ефективності діяльності підприємства. Методи дослідження: описовий, аналітичний, метод моделювання. Специфіка роботи – у загальному аналізі динаміки розвитку ндустрії в Україні, а також більш детальному аналізі розвитку та перспектив розвитку вітчизняного виробництва загалом та підприємством ПАТ «Запорізький оліяжиркомбінат» зокрема. Під час написання роботи було досліджено теоретичні основи управління фінансовими ресурсами та конкурентоспроможністю підприємства; проведений аналіз будівельного ринку; надана оцінка стратегії формування переваг та організації управлянн фінансовими ресурсами на підприємстві ПАТ «Запорізький оліяжиркомбінат». Проаналізованоекономіко-організаційні характеристики підприємства ПАТ «Запорізький оліяжиркомбінат»». А також запропоновано шляхи вдосконалення управління фінансовими ресурсами та фінансовим станом підприємства ПАТ «Запорізький оліяжиркомбінат».

Object of research: the enterprise of PJSC «Zaporizhzhya Oil and Fat Plant» The purpose of the work is to study the strategy of financial resources management of the enterprise and to determine a set of measures to improve and enhance the efficiency of the enterprise. Research methods: descriptive, analytical, modeling method. The specifics of the work are in the general analysis of the dynamics of industry development in Ukraine, as well as a more detailed analysis of the development and prospects of domestic production in general and the enterprise PJSC «Zaporizhzhya Oil and Fat Plant» in particular. During the writing of the work the theoretical bases of financial resources management and competitiveness of the enterprise were investigated; the analysis of the construction market is carried out; the assessment of the strategy of forming advantages and organization of financial resources management at the enterprise of PJSC «Zaporizhzhya Oil and Fat Plant» is given. The economic and organizational characteristics of the enterprise PJSC «Zaporizhzhya Oil and Fat Plant» are analyzed. Also, ways to improve the management of financial resources and financial condition of the enterprise PJSC «Zaporizhzhya Oil and Fat Plant».
