Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота магістра: 64 с., 12 табл., 12 рис., 29 джерел. Об’єктом дослідження є якість продукції підприємства ТОВ «Магістраль». Предметом дослідження є теоретико-методичні та науково-практичні аспекти положення щодо вдосконалення конкурентоспроможності ТОВ «Магістраль». Метою кваліфікаційної роботи магістра є дослідження теоретичних та методичних засад, впливу на конкурентоспроможність підприємства ТОВ «Магістраль». Методи дослідження: системно-структурний аналіз; абстрактно-логічний; метод аналізу і синтезу; порівняльний і графічний. Відповідно до поставленої мети, було визначено такі основні задачі кваліфікаційної роботи магістра: проаналізувати сучасні теоретичні концепції щодо визначення сутності та змісту стратегії конкурентоздатності підприємства; надати загальну фінансово-господарську характеристику компанії та проаналізувати її; оцінити конкурентоспроможність та позицію ТОВ «Магістраль» на ринку транспортних послуг; розробити практичні пропозиції щодо максимальної оптимізації стратегічного планування підприємства. Практичне значення одержаних результатів полягає у розробці пропозицій щодо вдосконалення конкурентних переваг підприємства ТОВ «Магістраль», які можуть бути використані у практичній діяльності підприємства.

The purpose of the master's qualification work is to study the theoretical and methodological principles, the impact on the competitiveness of the company LLC "Magistral". Research methods: system-structural analysis; dialectical, abstract-logical; method of analysis and synthesis; comparative and graphical. In accordance with the set goal, the following main tasks of the master's qualification work were defined: analyze modern theoretical concepts to determine the nature and content of the competitiveness strategy of the enterprise; аnalyze competitive strategies by classification criteria; рrovide a general financial and economic characteristic of the company and analyze it; аssess the competitiveness and position of Magistral LLC in the market of transport services; develop practical proposals for maximum optimization of strategic planning of the enterprise; The practical significance of the obtained results is to develop proposals for improving the competitive advantages of the company LLC "Magistral", which can be used in the practical activities of the company.
