Ефективність фінансового менеджменту машинобудівного підприємства ПАТ «Мотор Січ»

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота магістра: 71 с., 5 рис., 11 табл., 58 джерел. Об’єкт дослідження: система фінансового менеджменту машинобудівного підприємства. Предмет дослідження: теоретичні, науково-методичні та практичні аспекти формування та фактори вдосконалення системи фінансового менеджменту машинобудівного підприємства – ПАТ «Мотор-Січ». Мета дослідження: аналіз сучасного стану та ефективності фінансового менеджменту, який проводить машинобудівне підприємство ПАТ «Мотор Січ», а також визначення напрямків його вдосконалення. Методи дослідження: теоретичне узагальнення та порівняння, статистичний аналіз, системний підхід формалізації, метод аналізу та синтезу, порівняльний(просторовий) аналіз, деталізація, групування, горизонтальний аналіз. В роботі студентом визначено, що фінансовий менеджмент це процес управління формуванням, розподілом і використанням фінансових ресурсів суб'єкта господарювання та оптимізації обороту його грошових коштів. Здобувачем досліджено різні підходи до визначення фінансового менеджменту, функції та цілі фінансового управління, розглянуто різні підходи до визначення ефективності фінансового менеджменту, зокрема традиційний підхід та підхід на основі критерію вартості. В роботі проведено загальний аналіз сучасного стану та конкурентного середовища ПАТ «Мотор Січ», а також фінансового менеджменту як окремої складової. Визначено ефективність фінансового управління, а також проблеми фінансової політики досліджуваного машинобудівного підприємства. В третьому розділі кваліфікаційної роботи на основі аналізу конкурентного середовища, фінансового стану ПАТ «Мотор Січ», узагальнено найбільш ефективні та діючі а заходи, що орієнтовані на підвищення фінансової стійкості підприємства та зростання ефективності його фінансового менеджменту: - розробка фінансової стратегії, яка має бути розроблена і затверджена правлінням (радою директорів) компанії та її оприлюднення для відома інвестиційної спільноти та інших стейкхолдерів; - застосовування комплексного підходу до формування фінансової політики в цілому та за кожною функціональною складовою; - зміна сучасного підходу до фінансової політики з огляду на високий рівень ризику та втрату стабільності компанії.

EN : Thesis for the Master’s Degree: 71 p., 5 fig., 11 tab., 58 sources. The object of the research: the financial management system of a machine-building enterprise. The subject of the research: theoretical, methodical and practical aspects of development and factors of improvement of the system of financial management of the machine-building enterprise – JSC «Motor-Sich». The purpose of the thesis for the master’s degree is to analyze the current state and effectiveness of financial management, which is carried out by the machine-building enterprise JSC «Motor Sich», as well as to determine areas for improvement. The research methods: theoretical generalization and comparison, statistical analysis, systematic approach to formalization, method of analysis and synthesis, comparative (spatial) analysis, detailing, grouping, horizontal analysis. The thesis for the Master’s Degree determines that financial management is a process of managing the formation, distribution and use of financial resources of the business entity and optimizing the turnover of its funds. In the thesis the author explored different approaches to determining financial management, the functions and objectives of financial management, considered different approaches to determining the effectiveness of financial management, in particular the traditional approach and the approach based on the criterion of value. The general analysis of the current state and competitive environment of JSC «Motor Sich», as well as the diagnostic of its financial management as a separate component are in the second part of the thesis. The efficiency of financial management, as well as the problems of financial policy of the studied machine-building enterprise are determined. The third section of the thesis for the Master’s Degree based on the analysis of the competitive environment, the financial condition of JSC «Motor Sich», summarizes the most effective and efficient measures aimed at increasing the financial stability of the enterprise and increase the efficiency of its financial management: - the development of a financial strategy approved by the company's board of directors and its disclosure to knowledge of the investment community and other stakeholders; - the application of an integrated approach to the formation of financial policy as a whole and for each functional component; - the change of the modern approach to financial policy in view of the high level of risk and loss of stability of the company.
