Державне регулювання менеджменту освіти в умовах модернізації

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота магістра на тему “Державне регулювання менеджменту освіти в умовах модернізації” є комплексним науковим дослідженням проблеми розвитку державного управління освітою в сучасних умовах. Метою кваліфікаційної роботи магістра є науково-теоретичне обґрунтування практичних рекомендацій щодо вдосконалення державного регулювання системи вищої освіти. Для її досягнення було поставлено такі завдання: - визначити напрями вдосконалення механізму державного регулювання системи вищої освіти; - дослідити особливості діяльності закладів вищої освіти в Україні; - проаналізувти сучасний стан державного регулювання системи вищої освіти. Об’єктом дослідження є процес державного регулювання системи вищої освіти в умовах її реформування. Предметом дослідження є теоретичні та практичні засади формування механізмів державного регулювання системи вищої освіти в Україні. Для виконання поставлених завдань використано загальнонаукові методи: проблемно-цільовий та структурно-функціональний аналіз основних теорій і практики управління системи освіти – для виділення й обґрунтування механізмів її державного регулювання; історико-логічне вивчення наукових праць провідних учених у сфері державного управління, загальної теорії управління та управління освітою; абстрактно-логічний метод – для теоретичного узагальнення й формулювання висновків.

EN : The master's qualification work on "State regulation of education management in the modernization" is a comprehensive research study of the development of public education management in modern conditions. The purpose of the master's qualification work is a scientific and theoretical substantiation of practical recommendations for improving the state regulation of the higher education system. To achieve this, the following tasks were set: - identify areas for improving the mechanism of state regulation of higher education; - to study the peculiarities of the activity of higher education institutions in Ukraine; - to analyze the current state of state regulation of the higher education system. The object of research is the process of state regulation of the higher education system in terms of its reform. The subject of the research is theoretical and practical principles of formation of mechanisms of state regulation of the system of higher education in Ukraine. To perform the set tasks, general scientific methods were used: problem-targeted and structural-functional analysis of the main theories and practices of management of the education system - to identify and justify the mechanisms of its state regulation; historical and logical study of scientific works of leading scientists in the field of public administration, general theory of management and education management; abstract-logical method - for theoretical generalization and formulation of conclusions.
