Взаємодія соціального педагога та батьків в період адаптації дітей раннього віку до закладу дошкільної освіти

Abstract

EN : The qualification work consists of an introduction, two sections, findings, a list of references (97 titles). The qualifying work volume is 93 pages long, 84 of them – main text. There are 6 tables, 9 illustrations. The qualification work provides a theoretical generalization and experimental study of the problem of organizing interaction with parents during the adaptation of young children to preschool, revealed psychological and pedagogical features of early childhood adaptation to preschool, characterized the system of working with parents in the adaptation period. The research object: the process of interaction of teachers of preschool education with parents of young children in the period of adaptation. The research subject: the system of work of a social pedagogue with parents of young children in the period of adaptation to preschool education. The purpose of the study: to theoretically substantiate and experimentally test the system of work of a social educator with parents during the adaptation of young children to preschool education. The research tasks are: 1) describe the concept of adaptation of an early age child to preschool education and the main factors influencing the success of this process. 2) to reveal the concept and essence of interaction with parents during the period of adaptation of young children to preschool education. 3) to consider the complex system of work of the institution of preschool education and family during the period of adaptation of the child to the conditions of stay in the preschool institution The part 1 – “Theoretical basis of coordination of social pedagogue parents during adaptation infants to preschool education” – made problem analysis of adaptation young children to preschool education in psychological and educational research examined psychological and pedagogical features young children and their influence on the course of adaptation to the preschool institution, the concept of “interaction of teachers of the preschool institution with parents” is defined, the essence, conditions and stages of the process of interaction with parents are considered. The part 2 – “Experimental work on the organization of interaction of social educator parents during adaptation infants to preschool education” – justified the need of the formation of pedagogical competence of parents in the process of adaptation of young children to preschool education, developed and introduced a system of work with parents in the adaptation period of the child to preschool education, presents the results of the ascertaining, formative and control stages of experimental work on the formation of pedagogical competence of parents. The analysis of results of experimental work has proved the effectiveness of the proposed system of work with parents of young children in preschool education in the adaptation period.

Предмет дослідження ‒ система роботи соціального педагога з батьками дітей раннього віку в період адаптації до закладу дошкільної освіти. Мета дослідження ‒ теоретично обґрунтувати та експериментально перевірити систему роботи соціального педагога з батьками під час адаптації дітей раннього віку до закладу дошкільної освіти. Методи дослідження: - теоретичні: аналіз, синтез, порівняння, систематизація, конкретизація та узагальнення – для вивчення теоретичних основ досліджуваної проблеми, визначення понятійного апарату дослідження, сутності понять «адаптація», «адаптація дитини раннього віку до закладу дошкільної освіти», «взаємодія з батьками», «педагогічна компетентність батьків»; - емпіричні: спостереження, бесіда, анкетування, педагогічний експеримент, аналіз результатів дослідження, статистична обробка отриманих результатів. Теоретичне значення роботи полягає у визначенні сутності понять «адаптація дитини раннього віку до закладу дошкільної освіти», «взаємодія з батьками», «педагогічна компетентність батьків». Отримані в ході дослідно-експериментальної роботи дані розширюють існуючі уявлення про форми взаємодії з батьками та засоби формування педагогічної компетенції батьків щодо адаптації дітей раннього віку до відвідування закладу дошкільної освіти.. Практичне значення дослідження полягає в підвищенні освітнього рівня батьків з питань адаптації дітей раннього віку до ЗДО, вікових особливостей дітей раннього віку та їх емоційного стану під час адаптаційного періоду; у впровадженні в практику роботи ЗДО системи роботи з батьками дітей раннього віку в адаптаційний період, визначенні змісту та форм роботи з формування педагогічної компетентності батьків. Галузь використання: матеріали дослідження можуть бути використані в організації просвітницької роботи з батьками в ЗДО в період вступу та адаптації дітей раннього віку до закладу дошкільної освіти та з батьками, які тільки готуються віддати дитину до ЗДО; у розробці програми роботи з батьками в адаптаційний період; в підготовці та перепідготовці педагогів та фахівців які працюють в групах з дітьми раннього віку.
