CВІТОГЛЯДНІ ЗАСАДИ ДЕРЖАВНОЇ НЕЗАЛЕЖНОСТІ В КОНТЕКСТІ ІСТОРИЧНИХ ПОДІЙ В УКРАЇНІ І ПОЛЬЩІ ТА ЄВРОІНТЕГРАЦІЙНОГО ПОСТУПУ

Abstract

UA: Актуальність дослідження зумовлена сучасними кризовими явищами у світоглядній сфері європейського світу загалом, і в Україні зокрема, стратегічний розвиток якої спрямований у євроінтеграційному руслі. Постановка завдання – передбачає аналіз таких негативних світоглядних факторів, якими є дезорієнтація, розмитість, фальшивість змісту, релятивізм, помилковість інтерпретацій тощо, а також виявлення світоглядних передумов щодо здобуття державної незалежності з точки зору історичної ретроспективи. Головна мета статті полягає у порівняльно- історичному розгляді світоглядних пріоритетів і протиріч польського і українського народу в контексті непростих взаємини за умов геополітичного сусідства і стратегічного партнерства, а також ґрунтується на необхідності визначення історичної правди як у взаєминах двох народів, з метою успішного внутрішнього розвитку, так і для вироблення стратегії розвитку української держави, незалежність і цілісність якої знаходиться під загрозою донині. Виділення недосліджених частин загальної проблеми проведено на основі широкого масиву світоглядних наукових розвідок, в яких світоглядні пріоритети українського народу вивчені, переважно, безвідносно до європейського і західнослов’янського контексту, адже засади східного православного світорозуміння, світовідчуття і т.п. мають як суголосні пріоритети, так і суттєву специфіку щодо загальноєвропейських, а в нашому дослідженні – польських, сформованих вселенським християнством (католицизмом). Аналіз останніх досліджень і публікацій свідчить про активну зацікавленість і широке вивчення проблеми світоглядних засад, що підтверджено як вітчизняними розвідками (А. Колодного, Л. Филипович, П.Яроцького, В.Жадька, В.Воронкової), так і новітніми дослідженнями провідних вчених світу (Паризька декларація, доповідь Римського клубу). Методологія передбачає використання системного, структурно-функціонального, компаративного, герменевтичного, аксіологічного та інших методів і підходів, які дозволили глибоко проаналізувати окреслені проблеми і сформулювати оптимальний шлях формування світоглядних пріоритетів українського народу через відродження соціальної ролі родини, реформованої освіти, церкви, громадських організацій тощо. Виклад основного матеріалу представлено у контексті історичних фактів і подій, постійно звертається увага на осмислення їх світоглядних передумов і наслідків, що впливали на становлення громадянського суспільства західного світу, зокрема, Польщі, а також сучасного стану і перспектив функціонування світоглядних пріоритетів українського народу, що засвідчує його істотну пов’язаність з християнством, а саме, з його морально-етичним змістом. Можливості філософського аналізу дозволили сформулювати теоретичні висновки та розробити практичні рекомендації щодо вироблення стратегічної концепції оптимальної і гармонійної взаємодії двох народів, перспектив розвитку, які пов’язані з розбудовою справжньої Європи, в «яку можна вірити».

EN : The relevance of the study is determined by the current crisis phenomena in the worldview of the European world in general, in particular, and in Ukraine, which strategic development is aimed at the European integration. Problem statement - involves the analysis of such negative ideological factors as disorientation, blurriness, falsity of content, relativism, mistaken interpretations, etc., as well as revealing world-view prerequisites for gaining state independence from the point of view of historical retrospective. The main purpose of the paper is to compare historically the ideological priorities and contradictions of the Polish and Ukrainian people in the context of difficult relationship under the conditions of geopolitical neighborhood and strategic partnership, and also based on the necessity of defining historical truth both in the mutual relations of two peoples, for the purpose of successful internal development and for development of a strategy for the development of the Ukrainian state, whose independence and integrity are threatened to this day. The selection of unexamined parts of the general problem is based on a wide array of world-wide scientific explorations, in which the ideological priorities of the Ukrainian people have been studied, mainly without regard to the European and Western-Slavic context, since the principles of the Eastern Orthodox worldview, attitude and priorities as well as a significant specificity in relation to the pan-European, and in our study - the Polish, formed by universal Christianity (Catholicism). The analysis of recent researches and publications testifies to the active interest and wide-ranging study of the problem of ideological foundations, as confirmed by domestic intelligence (A. Kolodny, L. Filipovich, P. Yarotsky, V. Zhadko, V. Voronkova), and by the latest researches of leading scientists of the world (Paris Declaration, report of the Rome Club). The methodology involves the use of systematic, structuralfunctional, comparative, hermeneutic, axiological and other methods and approaches that allowed to analyze deeply the outlined problems and formulate the optimal way of world-view forming priorities of the Ukrainian people through the revival of the social role of the family, reformed education, churches etc. The presentation of the main material is presented in the context of historical facts and events; attention is constantly paid to the comprehension of their ideological preconditions and consequences that influenced the formation of the civil society of the western world, in particular, Poland, as well as the current state and perspectives of the world-view priorities of the Ukrainian people, which testifies to it. Possibilities of philosophical analysis allowed formulating theoretical conclusions and developing practical recommendations for the development the strategic concept of the optimal and harmonious interaction of the two peoples, the prospects for development, which are connected with the development of a true Europe, which can be believed.
