Становление и развитие SMART-общества как высокоразумного, высокотехнологического, высокоинтеллектуального

Abstract

RU : Актуальность исследования smart-философии рассматривается в плоскости эволюции общества от индустриального к постиндустриальному, и от информационного к smart- обществу. Представлено концептуализацию измерений smart-общества как разумного, инновационного, интеллектуального, высокотехнологического. В основе smart-общества востребованным есть smart-человек, который работает в высоко инновационной среде, детерминированной информационно-коммуникационными технологиями. Центральная проблема данного исследования - анализ smart-общества, smart-управления, smart-бизнеса, smart-государства, в основе которых новое взаимодействие человека и общества. Главная задача – обосновать концептуализацию smart-общества в контексте измерений, в основе которых человек как объект и предмет познания; исследовать понятийно-категориальный аппарат темы и эволюцию основных категорий в измерении «smart», а также востребованность человека как креатора инновационной среды. Методологической основой исследования является синергетический подход, в контексте которого новые реалии «smart», которые трансформируют социальные аспекты бытия человека и общества. Информационный подход к анализу социума исходит из синергетического, нелинейного видения путей разрешения общецивилизационных проблем. Методы - аантропологический и социоаксиологический методы и подходы позволяют раскрыть измерения smart-общества, в основе которого человек, образование, движение к «обществу инноваций» и знаний. Научная новизна исследования, что в нем впервые представлена концептуализация smart-общества в философском контексте и разработан ее поятийно-категориальный аппарат. Делается вывод, что прорыв в системе ИКТ определил глубинные содержательные изменения во всех сферах общественной и профессиональной деятельности, которые привели к появлению нового феномена smart-общества и smart-человека. Результаты исследования – формирование концепции smart-общества как высшей стадии цивилизационного развития человечества. Выводы – концепция smart-общества требует своего внедрения на всех уровнях развития человеческой жизнедеятельности, что свидетельствует о высоком рейтинге страны по инновационному развитию.

EN : The relevance of the study of smart-philosophy is considered in the plane of the evolution of society from industrial to post-industrial, and from the informative to the smart-society. Conceptualization of measurements of the smart-society was presented as an intelligent, innovative, intellectual, high-tech. At the heart of a smart-society a smart-person is in demand, who works in a highly innovative environment, which is determined by information and communication technologies. The central problem of this study – The new interaction between man and society underlies the analysis of the smart-society, smart-management, smart-business, smart-state. The main task – to substantiate the conceptualization of a smart-society in the context of measurements, in the basis of which man as an object and subject of knowledge; to explore the conceptual-categorical apparatus of the topic and the evolution of the main categories in the measurements of «smart», and the relevance of man as a creator of an innovative environment. The methodological basis of the study is a synergistic approach, in the context of which the new realities of «smart», which transform the social aspects of the human being and society. The information approach to the analysis of society comes from synergetic, non-linear vision of ways to resolve the civilizational problems. Methods - anthropological and socio-axiological methods and approaches allow us to disclose the dimensions of a smart society, which based on people, education, movement towards the "society of innovation" and knowledge. Scientific novelty of the research. Conceptualization of a smart-society in the philosophical context is presented for the first time and developed its conceptual-categorical apparatus. It is concluded, that the breakthrough in the ICT system has determined the profound meaningful changes in all spheres of public and professional activity, which led to the emergence of a new phenomenon of smart-society and smart-man. Results of the research – the formation of the concept of a smart-society as the highest stage of civilization development of mankind. Conclusions – the concept of a smart-society requires its implementation at all levels of human activity, which confirms the high rating of the country's innovative development.
