Удосконалення управління кредиторською заборгованістю ПАТ«Кривбасзалізрудком»

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота викладена на 101 сторінці друкованого тексту, містить 19 таблиць, 10 рисунків, 4 додатки. Перелік посилань включає 75 джерел, з них 5 іноземною мовою. Об’єкт дослідження – процес управління кредиторською заборгованістю ПАТ«Кривбасзалізрудком» Предмет дослідження – сукупність теоретичних і практичних аспектів в економічних відносинах, які виникають в процесі управління кредиторською заборгованістю підприємства. Метою кваліфікаційної роботи магістра є удосконалення організаційно–методичних аспектів управління кредиторською заборгованістю промислового підприємства. Методи дослідження: монографічний, статистичний, балансовий, коефіцієнтний, метод порівняльного аналізу, метод прямого структурного аналізу. Одержані результати: розглянуто теоретичні та методичні основи управління кредиторською заборгованістю підприємства, досліджено механізм ефективного управління кредиторською заборгованостю на ПАТ«Кривбасзалізрудком». Результати дослідження: визначено напрями удосконалення управління кредиторською заборгованістю ПАТ«Кривбасзалізрудком» в сучасних умовах господарювання, методи управління кредиторською заборгованістю, пропозиції щодо її оптимізації.

EN : The work is presented on 101 pages of printed text, contains 19 tables, 10 figures, 4 annex. The list of referеnces includes 75 sources, 5 of them in foreign languages. The object of research – the process of managing accounts payable of PJSC «Kryvbaszalizrudkom». The subject of research – a set of theoretical and practical aspects in economic relations that arise in the process of managing accounts payable of the enterprise. The purpose of the master's qualification work is to improve the organizational and methodological aspects of managing accounts payable of an industrial enterprise. Research methods: The theoretical and methodological basis of the study consisted of general scientific and special methods based on a dialectical approach to the consideration of economic processes. Methods of analysis and synthesis were used to study the economic essence of debt; system approach – to determine the content of the debt management process and classification of their types and forms; causation – in determining the factors that affect their condition. The research was based on the fundamental provisions of economic theory, laws and regulations of Ukraine, monographs, scientific articles by domestic and foreign scientists. The obtained results: the theoretical and methodical bases of management of accounts payable of the enterprise are considered, the mechanism of effective management of accounts payable at PJSC «Kryvbaszalizrudkom» is investigated. The information base of the study was the work of domestic and foreign economists on financial analysis, special economic literature, regulations of Ukraine, materials of scientific conferences, accounting data, financial and statistical reporting of the enterprise. The practical significance of the obtained research results lies in the possibility of using the proposed practical recommendations to improve the quality and efficiency of accounts payable management of enterprises. The results of the study: identified areas for improvement of accounts payable management of PJSC «Kryvbaszalizrudkom» in modern business conditions, methods of accounts payable management, proposals for its optimization. Thesis consists of an introduction, three sections, conclusions, a list of sources used, appendices.
