Фінансове управління санаційною спроможністю ПАТ «Одеський припортовий завод»

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота викладена на 141 сторінці друкованого тексту, містить 35 таблиць, 20 рисунків, 14 додатків. Перелік посилань включає 88 джерел, з них 5 іноземною мовою.Об’єктом дослідження є процес фінансового управління санаційною спроможністю підприємства. Предметом дослідження є сукупність теоретичних, методичних та прикладних аспектів фінансового управління санаційною спроможністю підприємства. Метою кваліфікаційної роботи магістра є обґрунтування теоретико-методичних і організаційних засад, оцінка та удосконалення фінансового управління санаційною спроможністю ПАТ «Одеський припортовий завод». Методи дослідження: термінологічний та дедуктивний аналіз, фінансово-економічний, математичний, статистичний та регресійний аналіз, метод нечітких множин, критичний аналіз, узагальнення теоретичних досліджень та ін. Одержані результати: розглянуто теоретичні аспекти фінансового управління санаційною спроможністю, проаналізовано фінансові показники діяльності та визначено тип фінансової стійкості ПАТ «Одеський припортовий завод» за 2016-2018 рр., проведено діагностику ймовірності банкрутства, досліджено вплив зміни фінансових показників діяльності підприємства на Z-показник та здійснено вибір моделі діагностики банкрутства на основі адитивної згортки. Результати дослідження можуть бути застосовані підприємствами для вдосконалення заходів антикризового управління.

EN : The work is presented on 141 pages of printed text, contains 35 tables, 20 figures, 14 annex. The list of referеnces includes 88 sources, 5 of them in foreign languages. The object of the research is the process of financial management of the sanitation capacity of the enterprise. The subject of the research is a complex of theoretical, methodological and applied aspects of financial management of the sanitation capacity of the enterprise. The purpose of the qualification work of the master is to substantiate the theoretical, methodological and organizational principles, assessment and improvement of financial management of the sanitation capacity of PJSC «ODESSA PORT PLANT». To achieve this goal, the following main objectives of the study were identified: – to define the essence of the concept of «crisis» and the factors influencing on it formation; – to consider the essence, purpose, tasks, functions, characteristic features of sanitation and types of sanitation measures; – to investigate the essence, preconditions, criteria and types of sanitation capacity of the enterprise; – to reveal the essence, components and approaches on which the sanitation potential of the enterprise is based; – to determine the essence, efficiency and structural-logical scheme of management of sanitation capacity of the enterprise; – to offer the author's definition of the essence of financial management of the sanitation capacity of the enterprise; – to consider the tasks of financial management of the sanitation capacity of the enterprise; – to analyzed the financial condition and diagnostics of the probability of bankruptcy of the enterprise; – to estimate the models of diagnostics of probability of bankruptcy of the enterprise. Methods of research: terminological and deductive analysis, financial and economic, mathematical, statistical and regression analysis, fuzzy set method, critical analysis, generalization of theoretical research, etc. The obtained results: the theoretical aspects of financial management of the sanitation capacity are considered, financial indicators are analyzed and the type of financial stability of PJSC «ODESSA PORT PLANT» for 2016-2018 are determined, the probability of the bankruptcy are diagnosed, the influence of change of financial indicators of enterprise activity on Z-indicator is investigated and diagnostic models of the probability of the bankruptcy are selected based on additive convolution. The results of the research can be used by enterprises to improve crisis management measures.
