Abstract

EN : The qualification work consists of Introduction, 2 Parts, Conclusion, References (85 items, 1 of foreign origin), 4 appendices on 28 pages. The qualifying work volume is 88 pages of main text. There are 6 tables and 7 illustrations. The qualification work reveals the specifics of the implementation of re-socialization of adolescents prone to delinquency in institutions of general secondary education. It was assumed that the effectiveness of social and pedagogical work with juvenile offenders provides for the development of a model of their resocialization, in accordance with which a preliminary assessment of the level of social adaptation of adolescents in various spheres of life and their specific needs should be carried out, close interaction of diverse specialists is assumed, an emphasis is placed on promoting the emergence of a positive social environment and experience of useful social actions, a realistic assessment of their life situation, the need for self-improvement and the formation of future prospects. The research object: the process of resocialization of juvenile offenders. The research subject: a model of effective resocialization of juvenile offenders in a general secondary education institution. The research goal: is to build a model of their resocialization in a general secondary education institution on the basis of an empirical study of the needs and social situation of development of adolescents prone to delinquency. The research tasks are: 1) Based on the analysis of scientific literature, to reveal the essential characteristics of the phenomenon of illegal behavior, its causes and consequences, to theoretically investigate the state of solving the problem of resocialization of adolescents prone to delinquency. 2) Construct a classification of forms and means of corrective influence on juvenile offenders. 3) To carry out an empirical study of the needs and social situation of development of adolescents who are characterized by illegal behavior. 4) On the basis of an empirical study of juvenile offenders, substantiate and develop a model for their resocialization in a general secondary education institution. 5) Develop recommendations for the prevention of offenses in the student environment. The part 1 «Resocialization of juvenile offenders as a subject of socio-pedagogical research» presents typical social characteristics of adolescents prone to illegal behavior, reveals the reasons for the formation of behavioral deviations in them, carried out a detailed theoretical analysis of the problem of resocialization of juvenile offenders in pedagogical research, developed a classification of forms and methods corrective influence on juvenile offenders. The part 2 «Model of resocialization of juvenile offenders in a general secondary education institution» presents an empirical study of socially determined personality traits and the social situation of development of juvenile offenders, substantiates a model of their effective resocialization, formulates recommendations for preventing the formation of unlawful behavior in adolescents. the substantiation and description of methods for studying the level of formation of key social competencies as a result of social education is given. Also, the procedure for organizing and conducting an experiment aimed at studying the socio-pedagogical conditions of the effectiveness of social education in out-of-school education institutions is revealed step by step. As a result of the experimental study, it was found that the majority of juvenile offenders are characterized by concrete, stereotypical thinking, an insufficient level of development of abstract-logical thinking, which makes it impossible to successfully solve moral dilemmas and indicates a low educational level of the subjects. Among the socio-psychological characteristics, low motivation for social approval, a propensity for risk and addictive behavior, a need for thrills, and low volitional control of their emotions and needs were revealed. The social situation of the development of the group of adolescents of interest is also characterized by non-constructiveness: failure by parents to fulfill their duties, cases of cruelty and violence in the family, the presence of persons with a pronounced asocial orientation in the environment. As a result of the study, the hypothesis was confirmed: the resocialization model should include a qualitative assessment of the level of social adaptation and the needs of adolescents, close interaction of diverse specialists, assistance in the emergence of a positive social environment, experience of useful social actions, a more realistic assessment of oneself and one’s life situation.

Предмет дослідження – модель ефективної ресоціалізації неповнолітніх правопорушників в закладі загальної середньої освіти. Мета дослідження – на основі емпіричного вивчення потреб та соціальної ситуації розвитку підлітків, схильних до правопорушень, побудувати модель їх ресоціалізації в закладі загальної середньої освіти. Методи дослідження: теоретичні – аналіз, систематизація, узагальнення, інтерпретація; емпіричні – тестування, експертне оцінювання, статистичні методи обробки даних. Теоретичне значення роботи полягає у розширенні і поглибленні знань про соціальні передумови формування схильності підлітків до правопорушень, систематизації форм та засобів виправного впливу на дану категорію осіб. Практичне значення дослідження полягає у розробці моделі ресоціалізації неповнолітніх правопорушників в закладі загальної середньої освіти, формулюванні рекомендацій щодо профілактики формування в підлітків схильності до протиправної поведінки. Галузь використання: заклади загальної середньої освіти, відділи ювенальної превенції територіальних підрозділів національної поліції, служби у справах дітей, центри соціальних служб для сім’ї, дітей та молоді, медичні заклади.
