Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота викладена на 104 сторінках друкованого тексту, містить 37 таблиць, 5 рисунків, 3 додатки. Перелік посилань включає 77 джерел, з них 6 іноземною мовою. Об’єктом дослідження є процес управління ресурсно-фінансовим потенціалом підприємства. Предметом дослідження є сукупність теоретичних, методичних і прикладних аспектів організації управління ресурсно-фінансовим потенціалом підприємства. Метою кваліфікаційної роботи магістра є розвиток теоретико-методичних й організаційних положень та розробка практичних рекомендацій щодо удосконалення та оптимізації управління ресурсно-фінансовим потенціалом підприємства. Методи дослідження: логічного узагальнення, дедуктивний, фінансово-економічного та статистичного аналізу, порівняння, зведення та ін. Одержані результати: визначено джерела формування ресурсно-фінансового потенціалу підприємства, зроблена оцінка ефективності управління ресурсно-фінансовим потенціалом підприємства, удосконалено механізм управління ресурсно-фінансовим потенціалом підприємства, запропоновано методичний інструментарій для розширення оцінки фінансового потенціалу підприємства на основі інтегральної оцінки. Результати дослідження можуть бути застосовані підприємствами, зокрема, удосконалений механізм управління ресурно-фінансовим потенціалом, методичний інструментарій для оцінки фінансового потенціалу підприємства на основі інтегральної оцінки.

EN : The work is presented on 104 pages of printed text, contains 37 tables, 5 figures, 3 annex. The list of referеnces includes 77 sources, 6 of them in foreign languages. The object of research is the process of managing the resource and financial potential of the enterprise. The subject of the study is a set of theoretical, methodological and applied aspects of the organization of management of resource and financial potential of the enterprise. The purpose of the master's qualification work is the development of theoretical and methodological and organizational provisions and the development of practical recommendations for improving and optimizing the management of resource and financial potential of the enterprise. Methods of research: in the process, the following research methods were used: abstract-logical – for the analysis of scientific literature for systematic evaluation (in determining the nature of consumer credit); statistical and economic - to assess the statistical data of harvest in Ukraine, assess the competitive advantages of enterprises in the market and the effectiveness of their economic activities; systematic approach - to substantiate the conclusions and proposals for improving the managmenet and usage of resource-financial potential of «ASTARTA-KIEV» LLC. Research methods: abstract-logical; statistical and economic; system analysis. The obtained results: identified sources of resource and financial potential of the enterprise, assessed the effectiveness of resource and financial potential of the enterprise, improved the mechanism of resource and financial potential of the enterprise, proposed methodological tools to expand the assessment of financial potential of the enterprise based on integrated assessment. The mechanism for managing the resource and financial potential of the enterprise has been improved based on the use of qualimetry methods. So, the developed system of indicators of the factor-criterion model for assessing the state of the resource and financial potential of the enterprise made it possible to conduct a comprehensive assessment of the effectiveness of the organization of management of the resource and financial potential of the enterprise and determine the possibilities for its improvement. The results of the study can be used by enterprises, in particular, an improved mechanism for managing resource and financial potential, methodological tools for assessing the financial potential of the enterprise on the basis of integrated assessment.
