Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота викладена на 101 сторінці друкованого тексту, містить 21 таблицю, 17 рисунків, 6 додатки. Перелік посилань включає 78 джерел, з них 5 іноземною мовою. Об'єктом дослідження є облікова інформація про управління фінансовими ресурсами підприємства ПАТ «Бердичівський машинобудівний завод «Прогрес». Предметом дослідження є сукупність теоретичних, методичних і прикладних аспектів пов’язаних з управлінням фінансових ресурсів підприємства. Метою кваліфікаційної роботи бакалавра є визначення повноти та якості формування та управління фінансових ресурсів, та розроблення практичних рекомендацій щодо підвищення ефективності використання фінансових ресурсів. Методи дослідження: логічного узагальнення, дедуктивний, фінансово-економічного та статистичного аналізу, порівняння, зведення та ін. Одержані результати: вивчено методику формування фінансових ресурсів підприємства; проаналізований стан активу і пасиву балансу підприємства; досліджені показники використання фінансових ресурсів та шляхи їх покращення. Результати дослідження можуть бути застосовані підприємствами, зокрема, шляхи покращення управління фінансовими ресурсами, методи збільшення оборотності ресурсів, пропозиції для оптимального співвідношення власних та залучених ресурсів підприємства.

In the first section the general bases of formation and use of financial resources of the enterprise in modern conditions are considered. The research of theoretical aspects of financial resources of the enterprise is carried out. The normative-legal bases of formation and use of financial resources of the enterprise are studied. Their features at the given enterprise are defined. The second section analyzes the state of formation and use of financial resources of the enterprise. A study of the location and use of financial resources of the enterprise, as well as an assessment of their financial condition. In the third section the directions of optimization of sources of formation and use of financial resources of the enterprise are considered. Ways to improve the structure of financial resources of the enterprise and identify sources to improve its financial condition are identified. The purpose of the bachelor's qualification work is to determine the completeness and quality of the formation and management of financial resources, and to develop practical recommendations for improving the efficiency of financial resources. Research methods: logical generalization, deductive, financial-economic and statistical analysis, comparison, summary, etc. The obtained results: the method of formation of financial resources of the enterprise is studied; analyzed the state of assets and liabilities of the balance sheet of the enterprise; indicators of the use of financial resources and ways to improve them are studied. The results of the study can be applied by enterprises, in particular, ways to improve the management of financial resources, methods of increasing resource turnover, proposals for the optimal ratio of own and borrowed resources of the enterprise.
