Економічне обґрунтування напрямів формування та ефективного використання фінансових ресурсів ТОВ «ГЕЛФ»

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота викладена на 106 сторінках друкованого тексту, містить 23 таблиці, 15 рисунків, 5 додатків. Перелік посилань включає 84 джерела, з них 7 іноземною мовою. Об’єктом дослідження є процеси формування та використання фінансових ресурсів вітчизняних підприємств. Предметом дослідження є теоретичні, методичні, організаційні підходи та практичні рекомендації з удосконалення процесів формування та використання фінансових ресурсів на вітчизняних підприємствах. Метою кваліфікаційної роботи є розвиток теоретико-методичних положень та розробка практичних рекомендацій щодо удосконалення процесів формування і використання фінансових ресурсів на підприємствах. Методи дослідження: порівняльного, коефіцієнтного та економіко-статистичного аналізу, термінологічний аналіз, метод узагальнення і наукової абстракції, аналіз і синтез, порівняння, графічні методи, системний підхід. Одержані результати та їх новизна: удосконалено модель оптимізації структури фінансових ресурсів підприємства за критерієм збереження або забезпечення його фінансової стійкості; отримали подальшого розвитку методичні аспекти розвитку управління фінансовими ресурсами підприємству аспекті їх формування й використання. Результати дослідження можуть бути застосовані вітчизняними підприємствами з метою удосконалення формування та використання фінансових ресурсів, зокрема: модель оптимізації структури фінансових ресурсів за критерієм забезпечення фінансової стійкості підприємства, методичний підхід до пошуку кращого варіанту використання фінансових ресурсів з урахуванням невизначеності зовнішнього середовища.

EN : The work is presented on 106 pages of printed text, contains 23 tables, 15 figures, 5 annex. The list of referеnces includes 84 sources, 7 of them in foreign languages. The object of research is the processes of formation and use of financial resources of domestic enterprises. The subject of the study are theoretical, methodological, organizational approaches and practical recommendations for improving the formation and use of financial resources in domestic enterprises. The purpose of the qualification work is the development of theoretical and methodological provisions and the development of practical recommendations for improving the processes of formation and use of financial resources in enterprises. Methods: comparative, coefficient and economic-statistical analysis, which revealed the peculiarities of the state and the main trends in the formation and use of financial resources of the enterprise. Terminological analysis, method of generalization and scientific abstraction, analysis and synthesis, comparison are used in revealing the content and features of the categories «financial resources». Graphical methods were used to build the diagrams. A systematic approach was used to develop recommendations for improving the processes of formation and use of financial resources. The results: – the model of optimization of structure of financial resources of the enterprise on criterion of preservation or maintenance of its financial stability which allows not only quickly and reasonably to optimize financial resources of the enterprise in their property and financial embodiments, but also specifies stages of formation of optimum target structure of financial resources on the chosen criterion is improved. – further developed methodological aspects of financial resources management of the enterprise in terms of their formation and use based on the construction of a management system of these processes and a methodical approach to finding the best use of financial resources taking into account the uncertainty of the external environment. The method of management of formation and use of financial resources developed in work creates a theoretical basis for the system decision of problems in the investigated sphere of financial management. The practical significance of the obtained results is that the implementation of the provisions set out in the qualification work will help increase the efficiency of domestic enterprises on the basis of optimizing the processes of formation and use of their financial resources. In particular: the model of optimization of the structure of financial resources of the enterprise by the criterion of maintaining or ensuring its financial stability, a methodical approach to finding the best option for the use of financial resources, taking into account the uncertainty of the external environment.
