Діагностика життєздатності підприємства ТОВ «НВП «Енергомаш»

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота викладена на 110 сторінках друкованого тексту, містить 18 таблиць, 14 рисунків. Перелік посилань включає 60 джерел, з них 7 іноземною мовою. Об’єктом дослідження є процес діагностики життєздатності підприємства ТОВ «НВП «Енергомаш». Метою кваліфікаційної роботи є обґрунтування теоретичних положень та розробка практичних рекомендацій щодо діагностики життєздатності підприємства ТОВ «НВП «Енергомаш». Завдання: 1) визначити сутність та завдання діагностики; 2) визначити види діагностики на підприємствах; 3) дослідити методичні підходи щодо діагностики життєздатності підприємства; 4) проаналізувати фінансово-господарську діяльність підприємства; 5) проаналізувати фінансовий стан ТОВ «НВП «Енергомаш»; 6) провести діагностику життєздатності ТОВ «НВП «Енергомаш»; 7) розробити механізм забезпечення діагностування життєздатності підприємства ТОВ «НВП «Енергомаш»; 8) сформувати напрями ефективності розвитку життєздатності підприємства у стратегічній перспективі. Методи досліджень: логічного узагальнення, кількісний та якісний аналізи, дедуктивний, фінансово-економічного та статистичного аналізу, порівняння, зведення. Одержані результати та їх новизна: набули подальшого розвитку: механізм забезпечення діагностування життєздатності підприємства. Практичне значення мають запропоновані рекомендації щодо формування напрямів ефективності розвитку життєздатності підприємства у стратегічній перспективі.

EN : The work is presented on 110 pages of printed text, contains 18 tables, 14 figures. The list of references includes 60 sources, 7 of them in foreign languages. The object of the study is the diagnosis of the viability of the company LLC "SPE" Energomash ". The purpose of the qualification work is to substantiate the theoretical provisions and develop practical recommendations for diagnosing the viability of the company LLC "SPE" Energomash ". Tasks: 1) to define the essence and tasks of diagnostics; 2) determine the types of diagnostics at enterprises; 3) to explore methodological approaches to diagnosing the viability of the enterprise; 4) analyze the financial and economic activities of the enterprise; 5) analyze the financial condition of LLC SPE "Energomash"; 6) to diagnose the crisis situation of SPE Energomash LLC; 7) to develop a mechanism to ensure the diagnosis of the viability of the enterprise LLC "SPE" Energomash "; 8) to form directions of efficiency of development of viability of the enterprise in strategic perspective. Research methods: logical generalization, quantitative and qualitative analysis, deductive, financial, economic and statistical analysis, comparison, summary. The basis of theoretical and methodological developments are the results of scientific research of domestic and foreign scientists and the fundamental provisions of economic theory. The following methods were used during the study: observation - with the help of which domestic enterprises were monitored; graphical-analytical method - for visual illustration of the studied phenomena and processes with the help of drawings and diagrams; economic and mathematical methods - for diagnostics of viability and for calculating the level of financial and economic indicators of the enterprise; comparison – to study the features of viability management; analysis and synthesis – to substantiate theoretical provisions and practical recommendations; generalization – by which general conclusions were drawn. The obtained results and their novelty: have been further developed: a mechanism for diagnosing the viability of the enterprise. The offered recommendations on formation of directions of efficiency of development of viability of the enterprise in strategic perspective have practical value.
