Форми та методи державної пропаганди в Іспанії та Португалії у 30-х – 70-х рр. ХХ ст. : порівняльний аналіз

Abstract

UA : Об’єкт дослідження: режими Ф. Франко і А. Салазара та їх прояви. Предмет дослідження: порівняльний аналіз форм та методів державної пропаганди в Іспанії та Португалії (30−70-х рр. ХХ ст.). Мета роботи: здійснити на основі джерел та літератури порівняльний аналіз форм та методів державної пропаганди в Іспанії та Португалії (30−70-х рр. ХХ ст.) для виявлення подібних та відмінних рис як прояву політичної та культурної специфіки Піренейського півострова. Для досягнення цієї мети постає необхідним виконання комплексу наступних науково-дослідних завдань: 1) визначити стан наукової розробки означеної теми кваліфікаційної роботи, джерельну базу та методи дослідження; 2) проаналізувати історичні передумови формування основних ідеологічних положень режимів Ф. Франко і А. Салазара та їх еволюцію; 3) дослідити специфіку діяльності пропагандистської системи, форми та методи державної пропаганди, використовувані в Іспанії та Португалії в 30−70-х рр. ХХ ст.; 4) виявити спільні риси ідеології та методів пропаганди режимів Ф. Франко та А. Салазара, характер та рівні їх співпраці. Новизна роботи полягає у дослідженні регіональної культурної та політичної специфіки Піренейського півострова, її впливу на вибір форм та методів пропаганди, їх змістовне наповнення; виділено подібні та відмінні риси ідеологічних доктрин, узагальнено форми та методи здійснення пропаганди. Автором запропоновано використання синтетичного підходу до вирішення проблем, що лежать на стику різних розділів історії та дисциплін. Основні висновки, до яких дійшов автор: по-перше, виникнення режимів Ф. Франко та А. Салазара має загальноєвропейський та національний історичний контекст: подолання системної державної кризи, проведення модернізації і вихід із кризи, спричиненої Великою депресією; по-друге, ідеологія та здійснення пропагандистського впливу режимами Ф. Франко та А. Салазара, їх співпраця пройшли три етапи розвитку; по-третє, для пропагандистського впливу режимів Ф. Франко та А. Салазара характерні важливість релігійного фактора, націоналізм, корпоративізм, антикомунізм, апеляція до славетного минулого і традицій, «імперський комплекс» та формування культу особи; по-четверте, як свідчать результати порівняння державної пропаганди в Іспанії та Португалії (30−70-х рр. ХХ ст.), режими Ф. Франко та А. Салазара використовували подібні форми та методи пропагандистського впливу. Це свідчить про специфіку культурно-історичного та політичного розвитку держав Піренейського півострова, що відобразилось в ідеологічних та пропагандистських механізмах.

EN : The research object: the regimes of F. Franco and A. Salazar and their manifestations. The research subject: comparative analysis of forms and methods of state propaganda in Spain and Portugal (30−70ies of the XX century). The aim: to carry out a comparative analysis of forms and methods of state propaganda in Spain and Portugal (30−70ies of the twentieth century) on the basis of sources and literature to identify similarities and differences as a manifestation of political and cultural specifics of the Iberian Peninsula. To achieve this goal it is necessary to perform a set of the following the research objectives: 1) to determine the state of scientific development of the specified topic of qualification work, source base and research methods; 2) to analyze the historical preconditions for the formation of the main ideological positions of the regimes of F. Franco and A. Salazar and their evolution; 3) to study the specifics of the propaganda system, forms and methods of state propaganda used in Spain and Portugal in the 30−70ies of the twentieth century; 4) to identify common features of ideology and methods of propaganda of the regimes of F. Franco and A. Salazar, the nature and levels of their cooperation. The novelty of the work lies in the study of the regional cultural and political specifics of the Iberian Peninsula, its influence on the choice of forms and methods of propaganda, their content; similar and distinctive features of ideological doctrines are highlighted, forms and methods of propaganda are generalized. The author proposes the use of a synthetic approach to solving problems that lie at the junction of different sections of history and disciplines. The main conclusions reached by the author: firstly, the emergence of the regimes of F. Franco and A. Salazar has a panEuropean and national historical context: overcoming the systemic state crisis, modernization and overcoming the crisis caused by the Great Depression; secondly, the ideology and propaganda influence of the regimes of F. Franco and A. Salazar, their cooperation went through three stages of development; thirdly, the propaganda influence of the regimes of F. Franco and A. Salazar is characterized by the importance of the religious factor, nationalism, corporatism, anticommunism, appeal to the glorious past and traditions, «imperial complex» and the formation of a cult of personality; fourth, as shown by the results of a comparison of state propaganda in Spain and Portugal (30−70ies of the twentieth century), the regimes of F. Franco and A. Salazar used similar forms and methods of propaganda. This testifies to the specifics of cultural, historical and political development of the Iberian Peninsula, which is reflected in ideological and propaganda mechanisms.
