Структурно-семантичні особливості економічної термінолексики сучасної англійської мови

Мета роботи: вивчення джерел формування, способів утворення, структурно-семантичних особливостей економічних термінів сучасної англійської мови. Теоретико-методологічні засади: Методологічні принципи дослідження термінів викладені у наукових працях таких вчених, як О. В. Суперанська, Н. В. Подольська, Д. С. Лотте, В. В. Турчин, Р. І. Дудок, О. І. Дуда, А. С. Д’яков, Т. Р. Кияк, В. М. Лейчик та ін. Вивченням економічної термінолексики займалися М. В. Бєлозьоров, З. Б. Куделько, Н. Г. Наумова, О. С. Петрина, В. І. Рахуба, Г. О. Хацер. Отримані результати: результати проведеного дослідження дають підстави вважати, що економічна терміносистема як частина загального термінологічного фонду англійської мови являє собою складно організовану сукупність спеціальних одиниць, неоднорідних за своїм походженням та сутнісними характеристиками. Проведений аналіз структурних та семантичних особливостей економічної термінолексики англійської мови свідчить про її багатоаспектність і стрімкий розвиток.

EN : The work is presented on 55 pages of printed text . The list of references includes 95 sources. The presented paper is dedicated to the analysis of such a topical problem as the structural and semantic features of economic terminology in English language. The object of the work can be defined as economic terms and their structural and semantic features in modern English. The main aim of the paper consists in a comprehensive study of structural and semantic features of economic terminology in modern English, the definition of productive methods of term formation. It determined the accomplishment of such objectives as: – profound analysis and systematization of the theoretical foundations of the theory of terminology, classifications of terms and productive methods of term formation; – investigation of the structural and semantic features of English economic terms and the most productive ways of term formation in English. General information about the concept of term and terminology, classification of terms, their structural models and modern productive methods of term formation are offered in the work. Also next issues were covered: lexical and semantic processes in terminology. The author conducts his own analysis of the etymology, structural and semantic features of economic terms, phenomena of polysemy, homonymy, synonymy and antonymy in the economic terminology of modern English. The scientific novelty of the presented research lies in the in-depth analysis of the economic terms that were selected from periodicals in 2020 and their systematization in structural and semantic aspects.
