Удосконалення кадрової політики підприємства ТОВ “РА Тигра”

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота викладена на 93 сторінках друкованого тексту, містить 15 таблиць, 12 рисунків, 1 додаток. Перелік посилань включає 76 джерел.Об’єкт дослідження – процес формування кадрової політики підприємства ТОВ «РА Тигра» з метою підвищення конкурентоспроможності. Предмет дослідження – теоретичні та методичних підходи щодо вдосконалення процессу найму та підбору персоналу підприємства ТОВ «РА Тигра» з метою підвищення конкурентоспроможності на ринку. Мета роботи – систематизація теоретичних засад та розробці рекомендацій щодо вдосконалення кадрової політики рекламної компанії ТОВ «РА Тигра». Методи дослідження: логічного узагальнення, дедуктивний, фінансово – економічного та статистичного аналізу, порівняння, зведення та ін. Одержані результати: запропоновані методики формування кадрової політики ТОВ «РА Тигра» дозволяє засвідчити власну значущість та ефективності компанії, поліпшити ефективність діяльності в Запорізькому регіоні, та сприяє формуванню робочої сили, що володіє більш високими здібностями і сильною мотивацією до виконання завдань, що стоять перед організацією.. Результати дослідження можуть бути застосовані підприємствами рекламного бізнесу. Зокрема, в роботі запропоновані заходи, спрямовані на поліпшення ситуацій, пов'язаних з реалізацією кадрової політики на підприємстві ТОВ «РА Тигра».

EN : The work is presented on 93 pages of printed text, contains 15 tables, 12 figures, 1 annex. The list of referеnces includes 76 sources. The object of the study is the process of forming the personnel policy of the company LLC "RA Tigra" in order to increase competitiveness in the market. The subject of the research is theoretical and methodological approaches to improving the process of hiring and selection of personnel of the company LLC "RA Tiger" in order to increase competitiveness in the market. The purpose of the master's work is to systematize scientific, methodological and practical knowledge on the formation of personnel policy of the advertising company in order to increase its competitiveness in the market. Research methods: logical generalization, deductive, financial - economic and statistical analysis, comparison, summary, etc. In accordance with the goal in the work the following tasks are solved: - generalized views of domestic and foreign scholars on the essence of the concept of "personnel policy", to determine the names of positions in the structure of personnel service, whose competence includes the implementation of recruitment functions in accordance with the National Classification of Ukraine; - analyzed the financial and economic activities of the company LLC "RA Tiger" in the advertising space; - analysis and assessment of human resources in the company LLC "RA Tigra"; - identified the main problems and shortcomings faced by staffing, rating agencies and staffing staff on recruitment; - assessment of the competitive position of the advertising agency LLC "RA Tigra"; - proposed methods of evaluating the staff of the organization LLC "RA Tiger" as a preventive action to improve personnel management of the organization; - measures have been developed to ensure the effective functioning of the personnel policy of RA Tigra LLC; - the effectiveness of the implementation of the recommendation for the improvement of personnel policy is determined. The information base of the research is legislative and normative-methodical materials of personnel business, labor legislation, results of own researches and the conducted analysis, position of personnel management and labor economics, scientific works of domestic and foreign scientists concerning personnel policy, personnel work, personnel recruitment, personnel management technologies at modern enterprises and organizations. The results obtained: the method of personnel policy of RA Tigra LLC allows to increase the image in the eyes of partners, competitors and consumers, to prove its own stability, significance and efficiency of the company, to improve efficiency not only in Zaporizhia region but throughout Ukraine. The results of the study can be applied by enterprises, in particular, the proposed measures are aimed at improving situations related to the implementation of personnel policy at the enterprise LLC "RA Tigra".
