Фразеологічні одиниці з флористичним компонентом в англійській мові : структурносемантичний та лінгвокультурологічний аспекти

Abstract

UA : Робота викладена на 62 сторінках друкованого тексту. Перелік посилань включає 71 джерело. Об'єкт дослідження - англійські ФО з флористичним компонентом (350 одиниць) вибрані із фразеологічних, пареміологічних словників. Предмет - структурні й семантичні особливості фразеологічних одиниць з флористичним компонентом у сучасній англійський мові. Мета даного дослідження - комплексний аналіз мікросистеми англійських фразеологізмів з флористичним компонентом з точки зору загальних семантичних і структурних характеристик, виявлення особливостей національно-культурної специфіки даних ФО, визначення символічного значення флористичних компонентів в складі ФО. Теоретико-методологічні засади: основні положення фразеології (Н. Н. Амосова, Н. М. Шанський, В. О. Архангельський, В. Н. Телія, О. В. Кунін, Д. О. Добровольський) та лінгвокультурології ((Ю. Д. Апресян, М. М. Бахтын, В. П. Белянин, Є. М. Верещагін, В. І. Карасік, Ю. Н. Караулов, А. Вежбицька. Отримані результати. Проаналізувавши різні сфери людської діяльності, можна прийти до висновку, що фразеологізми з флористичним компонентом застосовуються для позначення: емоційного стану і чуттєвих відносин, проблем ментального здоров'я, ієрархічних відносин, фінансового стану, зовнішності і відмінного здоров'я, побутових дій та відносин, характеру людини. В багатьох мовах можна виділити цілий ряд слів, які характеризуються фразеологічною активністю, тобто входять як ядерний компонент до великої кількості ФО. В досліджуваних ФО найбільш активними виявилися такі флористичні компоненти: apple, bean, bush, root, nut, grass, tree. Як бачимо у більшості випадків це не конкретні фітоніми, а абстрактні флористичні назви.

The presented paper is dedicated to the study of phraseological units containing elements and phytonyms. The purpose of this study is to consider the structure and semantic peculiarities of phraseological units with a phytonym component in English. Important is the fact that these units are a significant group in the phraseology of the English language. This is due to the fact that the names of objects of the plant world are characterized by wide usage, ambiguity and great potential. The study showed that it is the phraseological fund of the language that most clearly shows the specificity, originality, national identity of the people. Since there are traditions of nature perception in different nations, associated with historical, natural, social conditions of development of a particular ethnic group, the perception of any elements of the world also depends on certain cultural traditions of the people. And language is a direct reflection of reality, which includes imagination and thinking. After analysing various areas of human activity, we can conclude that the phraseology with a floral component is used to denote: emotional state and sensory relationships, mental health problems, hierarchical relationships, financial status, appearance and health, domestic actions and relationships, human character. In many languages, we can distinguish a number of words that are characterized by phraseological activity, i.e. are included as a nuclear component to a large number of phraseological units. The following floral components were the most active in the studied units: apple, bean, bush, root, nut, grass, tree. As we see in most cases, these are not specific phytonyms, but general floral names.
