Побудова і розвиток команди ТОВ "Агротех"

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота викладена на 110 сторінках друкованого тексту, містить 17 таблиць, 4 рисунків, 2 додатки. Перелік посилань включає 68 джерел, з них 6 іноземною мовою. Об’єктом дослідження є процес роботи команди на ТОВ «Агротех» з метою побудови та розвитку команди. Предметом дослідження є теоретичні та методичних підходи щодо вдосконалення роботи побудови та розвитку команди на підприємстві ТОР «Агротех» з метою покращення роботи колективу. Метою магістерської роботи магістра є систематизація наукових, методологічних та практичних знань з формування розвитку та побудови команди на підприємстві з метою підвищення його конкурентоспроможності на ринку. Методи дослідження: логічного узагальнення, дедуктивний, фінансово – економічного та статистичного аналізу, порівняння, зведення та ін. Одержані результати: методика побудови та розвитку команди, дозволяє підвищити якість робити підприємства в очах партнерів, конкурентів і споживачів, засвідчити власну стабільність кожного члена колективу, значущість та ефективності компанії, виконана робота команди піде на користь всій компанії, що також допоможе сформувати громадську думку споживачів про компанію і послуги, привернути увагу великих корпоративних клієнтів, поліпшити ефективність діяльності не тільки в Запорізькому регіоні а й на всій території України. Результати дослідження можуть бути застосовані підприємствами, зокрема, використання шляхів та методів покращення роботи команди на ТОВ «Агротех», а також дослідження допоможе керівникам краще розуміти, як поводитися з командою під час дистанційної роботи.

The object of research is the process of team work at Agrotech LLC in order to build and develop a team. The subject of research is theoretical and methodological approaches to improving the work of building and developing a team at the company LLC "Agrotech" in order to improve the work of the team. The purpose of the master's work is to systematize scientific, methodological and practical knowledge on the formation of development and team building in the enterprise in order to increase its competitiveness in the market. Research methods: logical generalization, deductive, financial - economic and statistical analysis, comparison, summary, etc. The results obtained: methods of building and developing a team, improves the quality of the company in the eyes of partners, competitors and consumers, to prove the stability of each team member, the importance and efficiency of the company, team work will benefit the whole company, which will help shape public opinion about the company and services, to attract the attention of large corporate clients, to improve the efficiency not only in the Zaporozhye region but also throughout Ukraine. Еnterprise LLC " Agrotech " - a modern enterprise with the main activities of growing grain and industrial crops, production of products of flour and cereals, production of bread and bakery products, providing services in crop production. The results of the study can be applied by enterprises, in particular, the use of ways and methods to improve the work of the team at Agrotech LLC, and the study will help managers better understand how to behave with the team during remote work. In order to strengthen their position and the development of the enterprise, it is necessary to pay attention to such important factors as teamwork, this may include motivation, adaptation, development of friendly relations between team 6 members and maintaining the morale of employees in the current economy. This work provides information on how to work with team leaders during remote work so that team members continue to do their job and stay on good terms with other team members. The personal qualities of the leader who leads the team during the pandemic are substantiated.
