Служба зайнятості в сучасних українських умовах: управлінський аспект на прикладі Правобережного відділу сприяння зайнятості Запорізького міського центру зайнятості

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота викладена на 92 сторінках друкованого тексту, містить 13 таблиць, 24 рисунків, 13 додатків. Перелік посилань включає 60 джерел. Об’єкт дослiдження – процес організації роботи та її ефективності роботи Правобережного відділу сприяння зайнятості Запорізького міського центру зайнятості. Предмет дослiдження – теоретичні та методичні засади організації роботи служби зайнятості України в сучасних умовах, оцінки її результативності і підвищення ефективності роботи. Мета роботи – теоретичне обґрунтування та розробка практичних рекомендацій щодо підвищення ефективності роботи Правобережного відділу сприяння зайнятості Запорізького міського центру зайнятості. Методи дослідження: логічного узагальнення, дедуктивний, фінансово – економічного та статистичного аналізу, порівняння, зведення та ін. Одержані результати: обґрунтовано и запропоновано методи підвищення ефективності роботи Правобережного відділу сприяння зайнятості Запорізького міського центру зайнятості. Результати дослідження можуть бути застосовані територіальними відділами служби зайнятості, а також міським та обласним центром зайнятості. Запропоновано перевести роботу центру зайнятості в електронний вигляд, мінімізувати використання паперових заяв та документів, а також поширення інформації задля заохочення безробітних громадян користуватися послугами Запорізького міського центру зайнятості.

EN : The work is presented on 92 pages of printed text, contains 13 tables, 24 figures, 13 annex. The list of referеnces includes 60 sources. The object of research is the process of work organization and its efficiency of work of the Department of Employment Promotion of the Zaporizhia City Employment Center. The subject of research - theoretical and methodological principles of organizing the work of the employment service of Ukraine in modern conditions, assessing its effectiveness and improving efficiency. The purpose of the work is theoretical substantiation and development of practical recommendations for improving the efficiency of the Department of the Zaporizhia City Employment Center. Research methods: logical generalization, deductive, financial - economic and statistical analysis, comparison, summary, etc. Based on this goal, the following main objectives of the study were developed:  the essence and history of the State Employment Service in Ukraine are studied;  the essence, goals and types of career are defined;  foreign experience of existence and work of employment services is considered;  the general characteristic of employment service in Zaporizhia is given;  the efficiency of the personnel management system of the Zaporizhia city employment center was evaluated;  the efficiency of the employment service of the Employment Promotion Department of the Zaporizhia City Employment Center was analyzed; 6  the directions of improvement of the personnel management system of the Zaporizhia city employment center are determined;  methods of increasing the efficiency of the Employment Promotion Department of the Zaporizhia City Employment Center have been identified;  the foreign experience of reforming employment services and the possibility of implementation in Ukraine are studied. In the work improved: - personnel management system of Zaporizhia city employment center; - methods to increase the efficiency of the Employment Promotion Department of the Zaporizhia City Employment Center. Results obtained: methods of increasing the efficiency of the Department of the Zaporizhia City Employment Center are substantiated and proposed. The results of the study can be used by territorial departments of the employment service, as well as city and regional employment centers. It is proposed to translate the work of the employment center into electronic form, to minimize the use of paper applications and documents, as well as the dissemination of information to encourage unemployed citizens to use the services of the Zaporizhia City Employment Center.
