Abstract

UA : Монографія спрямована на концептуалізаціюстановлення інформаційного суспільства як цивілізаційної парадигми розвитку сучасної України в контексті теоретико-методологічних та праксеологічних вимірів. В монографії розглядаються науково-методологічні підходи до становлення і розвитку інформаційного суспільства, досліджуються шляхи формування інформаційного суспільства у розвинутих країнах Заходу і Сходу, вплив інформаційного суспільства на розвиток людського капіталу та креативної особистості. Особлива роль приділена глобалізації, в контексті якої відбувається становлення і розвиток інформаційного суспільства в світі та Україні та вплив глобалізації на формування інформаційної парадигми суспільства. Монографія є результатом виконання завдань НДР Міністерства освіти і науки України «Удосконалення механізмів розвитку інформаційного суспільства як цивілізаційної парадигми розвитку сучасної України в умовах глобалізації» (0115U002343 - 2015-2017 рр.).

EN : The monograph is aimed at the conceptualization of the formation of the information society as a civilization paradigm for the development of modern Ukraine in the context of theoreticalmethodological and praxeological dimensions. The monograph examines the scientific and methodological approaches to the formation and development of the information society, explores the ways of forming an information society in developed countries of the West and the East, the influence of the information society on the development of human capital and creative personality. A special role is given to globalization, in the context of which the formation and development of the information society in the world and Ukraine is taking place and the impact of globalization on the formation of the information paradigm of society. The monograph is the result of the tasks of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine "Improving of the mechanisms of the information society development as a civilization paradigm for the development of modern Ukraine in the conditions of globalization" (0115U002343 - 2015-2017).
