Соціально-психологічна адаптація військовослужбовців-учасників антитерористичної операції

Abstract

EN : The qualification work consists of an introduction, 2 parts, findings, a list of references (107 items), and 4addenda on 8 pages. The qualification work volume is 100 pages, 92 of them – main text. There are 9 tables and 2 illustrations. The qualification work gives a theoretical review and describes the experimental practical development and testing of a comprehensive diagnosis of the psycho-emotional state of servicemen. It determines the conditions and opportunities for influence aimed at optimizing rehabilitation activities with servicemen participating in hostilities. The research object: the process of socio-psychological rehabilitation of anti-terrorist operation participants. The research subject: the content, forms and methods of the organization of social and psychological complex rehabilitation of servicemen-participants of hostilities. The purpose of the research: to provide theoretical grounds and give experimental verification of the features of the organization of rehabilitation and further social and psychological support of participants in combat conflicts. The research tasks are: 1. To define the essence of the concept of “rehabilitation”, characterize its types and explore the approaches and principles of organization of rehabilitation activities. 2. To consider features of socio-psychological support of fighters, to substantiate system of the organization and realization of complex rehabilitation of military men-participants of military operations. 3. To develop a method of the research of social and psychological adaptation of servicemen, to test the efficiency of social and psychological support of participants of military operations, and to develop methodical recommendations. 4. To verify experimentally the effectiveness of the proposed system of organization and implementation of the comprehensive rehabilitation of servicemen-participants of hostilities. The part 1 “Theoretical foundations of rehabilitation activities in Ukraine and abroad” describes the essence of the concept of “rehabilitation”, its features as a social phenomenon, the factors that determine its origin; features of rehabilitation of servicemen are considered; foreign and domestic experience of rehabilitation activity is analyzed. The part 2 “Practical aspects of the implementation of the system of organization and implementation of comprehensive rehabilitation of servicemen-articipants in hostilities” presents the results of indicative, formative and control stages of the experimental work on comprehensive rehabilitation of combatants. The analysis of the results has proved the effectiveness of the developed and the implemented program.

Предмет дослідження: зміст, форми тa методи особливості організації соціально-психологічної комплексної реабілітації військовослужбовців-учасників бойових дій. Мета дослідження: теоретично обґрунтувати та експериментально перевірити особливості організації реабілітації та подальшого соціально-психологічного супроводу учасників бойових конфліктів. Методи дослідження: теоретичний аналіз джерел, синтез, клaсифікaція, порівняння, узaгaльнення, спостереження, інтерв’ювання, опитування, вивчення особових справ, анкетування,накопичення інформації. Теоретичне значення роботи полягає у комплексному підході до розробки системи організації реабілітаційної діяльності з військовослужбовцями, які брали участь у бойових діях та обґрунтуванню сутності загальнонаукових і спеціальних принципів та підходів, покладених в основу. Практичне значення роботи полягає у розробці та апробації тренінгу «Антистрес» для військовослужбовців, що були учасниками бойових дій та формулюванні методичних рекомендацій для фахівців соціальних служб щодо оптимізації реабілітаційної діяльності з військовослужбовцями-учасниками бойових дій. Галузь використання: реабілітаційні центри допомоги військовослужбовцям, що приймали безпосередню участь у бойових діях.
