Сфера інформаційних технологій (ІТ) розвивається достатньо стрімко. Від розвитку ІТ-сфери залежить розвиток і суспільства зокрема, оскільки розробленими ними продуктами користуються чи не всі працівники інших професійних сфер, починаючи від науковців, медиків, освітян і завершуючи навіть сферами обслуговування. Цей стрімкий розвиток зумовлює певний виклик для даних спеціалістів, оскільки вони мають постійно удосконалювати свої знання та практичні навички. Розвиток ніколи не стоїть на місті. З плином часу все, що створювали люди мінялося та удосконалювалося, підлаштовуючись під потреби та відповідно до епохи. Наразі, у вік технологічного процесу, сучасного представника суспільства важко уявити без якого-небудь гаджета, або не зареєстрованого у соціальних мережах чи таким, хто не використовує Інтернет. Віртуальний простір став невід’ємною частиною звичного життя, хоча менше сторіччя тому, ніхто про таке і подумати не міг. Не дивлячись на усі модернізації та автоматизації технологічних процесів, сфера інформаційних технологій все ж потребує людського фактору. Дана галузь породила багато різнопланових професій та надала місця тисячам й тисячам робочих. Однак, ІТ-технології також не стоять на місці, а змінюються з такою швидкістю, що навіть важко уявити. Наукова новизна полягає у виявленні взаємозв’язку між афективно-емоційною сферою індивіда та задоволеністю від праці.

Virtual space has become an integral part of ordinary life, although less than a century ago, no one could have thought about it. Despite all the modernization and automation of technological processes, the field of information technology still needs a human factor. This industry has given rise to many diverse professions and provided jobs for thousands and thousands of workers. However, IT technologies also do not stand still, but change at such a rate that it is even difficult to imagine.
