Роль соціального працівника у професійному визначенні дітей з обмеженими можливостями

Abstract

UA : Мета дослідження: дослідити роль соціального працівника при професійному визначенні дітей з обмеженими можливостями. Об’єкт дослідження: діти з обмеженими можливостями, як цільова група соціальної роботи. Предмет дослідження: роль соціального працівника у професійному визначенні дітей з обмеженими можливостями. Методи дослідження: аналіз, синтез, системний, спостереження, порівняння, аналіз статистичних даних. Гіпотеза: роль соціального працівника полягає у сприянні дітям з обмеженими можливостями у орієнтації в світі професій та обранню спеціальності за критеріями: відповідності можливостям, інтересам та затребуваності на ринку праці. Висновки: 1. Сутністю професійного визначення дітей з обмеженими можливостями є тривалий процес розвитку, що включає внутрішню активність у формуванні перспектив особистісного та професійного розвитку, розробці стратегії переходу до професії, самопізнанні та об’єктивній самооцінці індивідуальних особливостей, порівняння їх з професійно важливими якостями та здібностями. 2. Основною особливістю професійного визначення дітей з обмеженими можливостями є особлива психологічна підтримка з боку спеціалістів та соціальних працівників, спрямована на формування активної життєвої позиції таких дітей, допомога в їх адаптації та інтеграції в суспільство і т.д. 3. Соціальний працівник відіграє дуже важливу роль в професійному визначенні дітей з обмеженими можливостями, він сприяє орієнтації таких дітей в світі професій та обранню спеціальностей за критеріями: відповідності можливостям, інтересам та затребуваності на ринку праці.

EN : The purpose of the research is to investigate the role of a social worker in the professional identification of the children with disabilities. The object of the research is children with disabilities as a target group of social work. The subject of the research is the role of a social worker in the professional definition of children with disabilities. The methods of the research are analysis, synthesis, system, observation, comparison, analysis of statistical data. The hypothesis of the research: the role of a social worker is to help children with disabilities in the world of professions and to choose a specialty according to the criteria: compliance with opportunities, interests and demand in the labor market. Conclusions: 1. The essence of professional definition of children with disabilities is a long process of the development, which includes internal activity in formation of the prospects of personal and professional development, developing the strategy for transition to a profession, self-knowledge and objective self-assessment of individual characteristics, comparing them with professionally important qualities and abilities. 2. The main feature of the professional determination of the children with disabilities is a special psychological support from professionals and social workers, aimed at forming an active life position of such children, assistance in their adaptation and integration into society, etc. 3. The social worker plays a very important role in the professional determination of the children with disabilities, he contributes to the orientation of such children in the world of professions and the choice of specialties by the criteria: compliance with opportunities, interests and demand of the labor market.
